The team was fabulous. Clean room, loved that the shower has glass door and you don't wet the entire bathroom. Swimming pool on our door step and we used it even though it was raining alot. It was fantastic. We liked it so much we extended a night. Away from town madness but waking distance to the madness when needed.

The staff was very friendly, and very responsive to our requests. The host provided very good advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

The only thing was the shower was either a little too hot or too cold, and it was hard to adjust to a middle temperature for my comfort although my family didnt have a problem with this.

Really loved this place. The room was great, lovely shower, good bed and the air con was great because it could be left on and therefore the room was perfect when you get back. Perfect host helping us with washing, selling our bike and arranging a tour. Location is also great as its only a short walk to the old town. Although we ran out of time to use the pool, other people seemed to really enjoy it. Overall a great stay and would 100% go back.

Wouldn't change a thing

It was lovely to return to the relaxed and peaceful ambiance each evening after battling the busy streets of Hoi An's Ancient Town. The rooms were basic but clean and functional. The combination of a chilly a/c unit and ceiling fan kept the rooms a very comfortable temperature. The pool was sparklingly clean and inviting. Huyen is a great host and helped us plan our 3 days there. There is also a great massage shop next door for a relaxing foot massage at the end of the day.

Lodgings and hosts were great. The only downside for some might be the walk into the old town, around 15 mins.

Huyen the host of A Family Homestay was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us with all manner of things including ordering and delivering dinner to Homestay, booking day trips, organising taxis and having wonderful conversations. Highly recommend staying here - very welcoming and friendly family and staff.

I think this was the best place in vietnam. Close toold town but not too close to the noise. The swimming pool was awesome. And we felt so private on the top floor.

In the description it said mentioned more beds. But the owner saod that the description did not matter as there were only as many beds as in the picture.

Ahn family home stay is a lovely place to stay with an incredible good value for your money. Rooms are very clean and modern/western, containing also a minibar with actual fair prices for different kinds of beverages. Breakfast is simply but very delicious and there is certainly something for everybody. Pool is very nice to cool down after the hot day in the city. There are always bikes to borrow and Huyền helps you with everything else you might need. We booked a My Son tour via her which was also surprisingly nice and organizing it was zero work due to Huyềns help. If we (hopefully) get the chance to visit Hoi An again we will book with her again, without thinking twice about it.

Huyen (and the Anh family) were so helpful, organizing cheap transport and tours for me. I ended up staying SO long I was even treated to a goodbye dinner by the family! Thanks. 🙏 The location is perfect, walkable to old town but in a quieter area. Lots of restaurants nearby (recommend the Com Tam(beef rib) breakfast place around the corner. VFC 🍗 chicken place is nearby also, as are many cafe's and pubs 😋. The homestay was beautiful with lots of greenery and a refreshing pool. Really hard to fault 10/10 a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Trying to think, everything was really good.. so nothing I didnt like. Hoi An had a power cut while I stayed but this was the whole city.

One of the loveliest stays we have had in Southeast Asia! The property is so beautiful, the bedroom was huge and very clean and the owner is such a sweet and kind woman. She was so accommodating when we arrived early and when we wanted to stay an extra night. We really enjoyed our time here, we would definitely reccomend this place!

The family here were very helpful. They offered me recommendations for food, tailors and also got me a taxi to and from the airport. Lovely breakfast and swimming pool 😊 the best place I stayed during my trip.
