Good swimming pool. Nice big room and a European size bath with plenty of hot water. The location was good and they organised a couple of day for us with excellent guides. We enjoyed our stay.

Well, the buffet breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods and you could get eggs freshly cooked or get warm noodle soup, they did not have cereals.

Good location, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds excellent shower pressure.

The breakfast was poor standard. Asked to book an additional night had to rebook through booking . Com as cheaper had to move room and move cases ourselves out for check out then leave cases in reception and move when allowed to check in.

Cosy room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Located near the sea. The swimming pool on the rooftop. I liked everything.

When you are inside the pool, you can not really enjoy the view because of the tall swimming pool borders. The bar on the rooftop did not work, no pool towels offered as well.

I’m currently using this Hotel for my accommodations & I could not post a review on Booking until after I checked out, so I put a review on google google to clear up some bad reviews travelers posted on Booking that I find to be false. I’m an American Female Solo traveler & I have stayed in a few different places in Da Nang & Hoi An. This Hotel is by far a 5 star Hotel & is the best Booking that I have had. I liked my first few days here so well that I canceled my other Hotel stays to stay here longer. I also have Family coming to Vietnam who I Booked another two weeks with. The Hotel is very clean & the staff are so friendly & so polite. Despite complaints from other Westerners about the Breakfast Buffet (which can be included with your room price if you choose, or pay $4/ USD) myself & other guests have really enjoyed the large variety of foods. They serve several different kinds of local Vietnamese cuisine, the soup is a must try! make your eggs/ omelets fresh to order. There are plenty of drinks, orange juice, milk, soy milk, passion fruit, etc. & coffee options, plenty of fruits, & toppings. So far it’s been the best Hotel breakfast that I have had & even found it better than Sala Resort Hotel. I booked the Twin room which has a large window & a partial ocean view. My room was very clean & very spacious. The TV has many APP options & local channels & the Air conditioner works exceptionally well 😀! They provide different WiFi channels, each for each floor, so WiFi has been super fast & really reliable. It’s in a great location, just 2 blocks to the Beach. A few block walk to Paradise Beach Bar, I highly recommend! The neighborhood has tons of food options, Marts, Restaurants with worldwide cuisine options, tons of coffee shops!

I've stayed there several times for very long periods of time. The location is extremely convenient, just a couple hundred meters from the beach. There are several cafes (the best coffee and pastry are at Paris Levain), restaurants (L'italiano and Vinegrette for foreign cuisine, Com Tam Ut Van for good and very convenient Vietnamese food), and convenience stores nearby. The pub/drinking area of the city is just 10 minutes away by walking. The staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean enough, and quite sunny. There's an ample wardrobe to store one's clothes. There's a desk to use one's laptop. They provide laundry and ironing service for only 1.5 euros for a shirt. Breakfast is okay, though I'd love to have more fruit (the staff have noticed that I love fruit so they often bring me slices of green mango, how lovely) and sweet pastries.

The hotel is fine, and it's certainly worth the price. Having said that, the wifi is awful, and they don't seem to care about fixing it. I have to use my data most of the time. The rooftop bar is sadly closed. The walls are thin, so you'll hear noise from other rooms.

Rooms space and the bath room facilities were very satisfactory .Breakfast also very good and soup which were offering in the breakfast was very tasty. All the staff members are very good. Our three days period we traveled so many places and it was helped the location of hotel. Thank you for all staff members .Recommending this hotel those who travelling to Danang.

We were there total 05 days in Danang, but as there were not parking facility to my rented car I selected another hotel near by for next 02 days, and there were parking facility for our vehicle. Also I forgot my USB pen drive in our rooms tv while check out, After check out I personally gone there and informed the reception staff and they have searched for it ,but finally they informed through WhatsApp it was not there. Am slightly worry about this matter. Because there were some important photos for me.

Really nice room, comfy bed and a great view of the city (at least from my room). The pool was peaceful during the day and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Very friendly security guard watching over your bike.

The layout of each floor is very poor. There's about 7 rooms and all the front doors face each other. This means that you can easily hear the sound of the many many families that were shouting at each other, making phone calls, playing, or checking in or out at all times of the night. 11pm, 2am, 6am. Many ignorant guests being extremely loud outside your door which is not soundproof at all. A shame because everything else was great here and the guests are not the hotel's fault.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Location is great, walking distance from the beach and markets. Staff were very nice , especially the doorman who sprinted to get our bags. Now, the pool does not look like in the photos however Vietnam is trying to get back up after COVID which is acceptable, considering the amount of bars there are around the hotel. The rooms were clean, however the furniture definitely needs an upgrade as some of the chairs had stains which made you not want to sit on them. IN SAYING ALL OF THIS we paid $32 AUD a night , therefore this place gets an overall of 4 stars. Even though it has faults, it was amazing for the price :)

The walls are pretty thin, so you may hear your next door neighbour snore (jokes), but we were woken up at 11pm by someone knocking on someone’s door. The stained fabric in some of the furniture

We had a fantastic stay. We got a reduced price deal when booking. The staff were excellent, we arrived at 5am and were straight away allowed up to the pool to chill out and shower. We could keep our bags at reception until check in. At 2pm we checked in and the room was clean, cool and comfortable. The design is bright and airy. Breakfast is a delicious buffet. At first I wasn’t sure what was vegetarian but the staff showed me what I could eat and offered to make me separate dishes. Great coffee and juices. The pool is clean and has a great view, good sunset spot too. Good wifi.

Everything was great! Location close to the beach and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful with a good level of English for hasslefree communication, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast also nice and filling. Got an early check-in on the day I arrived on a night bus, which I was super grateful for. They also arrange tours to Ba Na Hills for a price I first considered expencive, but later learned it was actually a really good deal, so would definitely use them next time for the Ba Na Hills tour, if wanting to save money and don't mind going with a group. I would highly recommend Menora Grand and would definitely stay here again. :)
