Perfect little apartment; washer + dryer, lots of space, real plants, amazing breakfast, friendly staff (thanks Annie and Peter but to everyone too but I don’t have all the names), super close to beach, lots of thoughtful touches like towels and beach basket, detergent, wonderful in house wash products, refillable water bottles, lots of hangers; partial sea view, big bathtub, bright and sunny because of big windows, interesting Palm Springs inspiration decor (modern, funky and bold), cute bar, great location with coffee shops, eateries and massage places nearby. They take the environmental angle seriously. Would stay again!

faint sewer smell from bathroom (we used a fan and opened windows), some night bands at bar one night (but ends around 10.30/11pm), bathtub was not cleaned when we checked in (hair, sand and grime) so we cleaned it ourselves. Would still recommend!

The facilities were immaculate,the staff went over and above to assist in any and every way. My room faced the ocean and one of the features that I enjoyed very much was the enormous glass window which made gazing at the ocean/ beach breathtaking. Let's not forget the amazing breakfast

The design of the hotel, starting from the bar till the rooms. Very interesting project. The premises are very clean, they give you a beautiful bathrobe, a Teddy panda :-), there is drinking water available in the room for free, instant coffee and ice tea. Beds are very comfortable. The sea view is in all (if I am not mistaken) rooms. Free sauna and Turkish bath (I don't recommend it as you have sauna all over the clock on the streets lol). The breakfast is very complete. With a lot of fruits, yoghurt, and pastry. The Asian buffet looked nice although we had a European breakfast in this hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. Very good localisation. Next to a have it all street. You can reach the each in 3 minutes as well. the hotel also offers live music some evenings.

Love the location , facilities nice seating area outside and the bar. And also the breakfast is pretty great the hotel offers variety and lots of fruits. The bed is comfy and the room itself is modern and clean. We stayed in room 704 and when we come back in Da nang we would definitely pick the room again . We stayed in a bunch of hotels in Da Nang and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Most hotels in Da nang have that musty moldy smell and not good and dirty walls.

The only thing that they can improve is the quality of the coffee in the breakfast section it’s like I am drinking water it’s not good. Also during our 2nd time stay we booked the 4th floor 404 room and the water heater is only lukewarm not hot so it’s a little bit disappointing. The other thing that we didn’t like is that when they have a band music it’s kinda loud and they should just lower the music down when they play something at the bar because it’s kinda annoying hearing it in your room .

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everything is spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and they even provide complimentary water in glass bottles. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is hands down the best we’ve ever had during our travels around the world! As vegans, we were thrilled with the variety of options available—plenty of hot meals, fresh fruits, and beverages. We've booked this hotel several times, and the service has consistently been excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

Very helpful staff, especially Peter. Housekeeping was done to a high standard every day by NGUYEN and MY NGA. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely fresh fruit, salads and hot food to choose from. Great location close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. We ate at the bistro and it was great. The bar has a great selection of alcoholic and non alcoholi drinks. Live music in an evening was an added bonus We were that impressed we are considering returning in a couple of weeks.

The room had no draws. If staying 1 or 2 nights, no problem, but we stayed for a week and felt a little cluttered at times. However, this is not a criticism and it didn't impact on our time at the hotel.

* Very sympathetic and charming staff (albeit a little bit lacking in english skills) who gave us some great tips to explore Sơn Tra; cute hotel dog; great housekeeping and laundry service * Very well-equipped rooms with steamer, lots of free toiletries, a welcome plushie, good soundproofing, beach bag, towels & flip flops; dressing gowns, ..... * Comfy beds * Tasty drinks at the bar and live music 3 times/week * Great location (nice food options nearby) and close to Mỹ Khê beach * Authentic and very tasty (!!!) Vietnamese breakfast, e.g., bánh cuốn with lots of fresh greens and self-made fried onions, not too sweet Vietnamese pastries, Vietnamese yogurt, decent noodle soups with fish sauce, chili and greens; as well as Western options and an egg station with daily changing dishes altogether. We loved the breakfast here and ate for 1-2 hours every day. * Insane value for money. The hotel offers so much for such a low price compared to all those 5* resorts surrounding it so that I'm scared that I won't be able to afford it in the future. I hope the hotel keeps its charm and only gets better!

* Rooftop bar was unfortunately closed (maybe due to low demand?) * Showering also made the floor beneath the toilet wet, but you could easily wipe it I'm usually a critical person as well as a perfectionist, so it is quite rare that I give out full scores for an accommodation. But this hotel really deserves it and I would return in a heartbeat when I visit Đà Nẵng again. We miss the staff there already :)

We were allowed to check in early which was a big plus after arriving super early due to getting the train from the south. Room was comfy and staff polite, breakfast options impressive for a smaller boutique hotel.

Staff were however unclear when it came to various aspects of serving hotel guests and providing information. I think a bit more training would go a long way for a smooth experience. We also found some hairs on the side in the bathroom from a previous guest but wasn’t a major issue as didn’t notice anything else!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the PAMA, it was even better than we had envisaged. The room was huge, with a spectacular sea view and well appointed also. Large comfortable bed, good separate shower area, and a standalone bath on an elevated part of the room. The staff were excellent from start to finish, including the Spa, where I had the best massage I've had in ages. Painful, but worth it! The downstairs bar/reception area is well set out, and we enjoyed some food and drinks outside on a couple of the nights of our stay, taking in the live music on offer. Breakfast was decent, not a highlight, but still absolutely fine, especially the made to order omelettes. A bit weird having no traditional toaster, but an air fryer was a quirky way to get the bread toasted! The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the beachfront, and an abundance of places to eat and drink all within touching distance. Highly recommended, especially room 901, for that view.

Nothing springs to mind in a negative way. A chest of drawers to put our clothes would be useful, and the room is way large enough to slip one in. There's good hanging space and a few shelves, but for heavy packers, a chest of drawers would come in handy I think. Not a complaint though, a mere observation.

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful whenever I needed them. The breakfast was also good. Good restaurants and small markets nearby

If you like to spend the time in a quiet area, it is not the best place. The hotel was organizing gigs every night (four nights on Christmas week), until 23:00, which can be difficult for some people to sleep.
