I liked the environment

I didn't like the fact that I called earlier before I reserved to ask about the BBQ facility, the gentleman I spoke too clearly stated that the R450 payment does not imply anymore, since 2 years back. I got there with my meat and I was told I can't use the BBQ facility if am not paying the extra R450, which i did not have.. That really pained me and I had to buy takeaway.. If there was proper communication this wouldn't have happened.

We love this property. It has a lot of character and is very comfortable. The room is neat, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfasts are well done and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and we will return when business takes us back to Pretoria.

A few of the trees need trimming. The heavy rains have caused them to grow quickly. This is a very minor issue.

This was a pleasant surprise this close to the Menlyn Mall area. It is a well developed property with conference facilities available so its size surprised us. We enjoyed the layout and beauty of the property that is well taken-care-of with friendly, accommodating staff. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast prepared well. We will definitely look at returning to this property again.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were very good and it was very tasty. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The various sitting areas outside by the pool and in the garden was a very nice feature as we enjoyed sitting outside and drinking cappuccinos we made from the 24h cappuccino machine. The bar was also a great bonus option to have. The parking spaces were large and easy to get into. Location was amazing.

The bathmats in one of the bathrooms were old and fraying and had pink vanish stains on it. Definitely need to be replaced but I really don’t have any real complaints.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great and the 24-hour coffee station is perfect! The beds were really comfortable too

This is the second time staying here, upon arrival it was not cleaned properly. The trash from the previous overnighters wasn’t clean as the dustbin was near full, the bath was dirty with lots of black dust or something. There was also what looked like coffee stains on the bed and they didn’t change the soiled linen on our second night.

The room was homey and comfortable, bedding was good.

The fact that we had to go out to get water for tea or drinking. We literally had to carry the cattle outside, no jugs or at least water bottles in the fridge. Also a small rug would be nice just to put the feet on. Aircon and heater not user friendly. I am not complaining but this could have elevated the experience to 10/10

The breakfast the next morning was great, alot of options provided. The tea and coffee area that's 24hr also something great. The room was neat and staff friendly, the parking area was good and easily access able.

There was no towels in our room, no extra blankets and the room should be cleaned thoroughly especially the closet to make sure there are no bugs that crawl out when we store of clothes. And the toilets should also be cleaned properly, it smells abit and maybe just insert toilet blocks

The place was amazingly clean, staff so welcoming and friendly. Maybe just consider putting bath mats by the shower door, we ended up using beautifully white clean towels, which did not feel good. But overall we had a beautiful stay will definitely come again. 😁

The Braai facilities are too expensive😌

Very friendly staff. Great location and very secure (Had our own remote so we could come and go as we please). Excellent facilities (really appreciated the free wifi and airconditioning). Very quiet and peacful! Excellent value for money!

Would have liked to have been provided with plates and cutlery in the room.

We as family visited for stay over. It is clean, safe, and location, and comfortable place. We liked bottomless coffee. We definitely visit again. Very good priced.

There were no snacks at the coffee station when we arrived late after church. We were hungry but only managed to get cappuchino.
