Perfect location. Close to the train and bus station and a short walk to all the tourist attractions. A physical person on reception is always welcome. The booking.com confirmation email I received mentioned a €300 cash deposit on check-in but I wasn't asked for any cash or any deposit at check-in. The room was small, a single room, but it was actually with a very comfortable good sized bed and had a locker and space to hang clothes. The heating in December cold was perfect and the sound proofing was quite good. The room was cleaned every day but towels are replaced on request and that is €3 per towel replaced.

The shower cubicle was a little tight but not too big a deal. The bathroom was otherwise clean and comfortable to use. There could be a common room/space with microwave etc that will make it easier for guests to eat their food in some comfort and not in their rooms (where there is very little space anyway).

The room was sparkling clean and the bathroom was big. The shower worked perfectly well and the beds were comfortable. We walked everywhere because although the hotel wasn't at the city center, you could get there if you walked 10min. Very friendly staff!

The air-conditioning was very strong. If it was off, it would get too warm. If it was on (even on the max temperature 25°), it would get cold because it was aimed at the bed and the room is not that big. We only have a sheet to cover ourselves so some kind of cover would be helpful.

We rated the hotel OK for the facilities because they don't have a parking space and a breakfast room. However, they have a partnership with a secured parking space and a bakery not so far from the hotel and we availed both services and we were satisfied! The hotel itself is in a great location and the parking rate and breakfast were affordable. The breakfast was in a bakery outside the hotel but it was a lovely bakery with salty or sweet breakfast choices. The staff was helpful and recommended us some nice bars for tapas and the beds were comfortable.

Great location for a short walk to the old town with friendly staff and accommodating for cyclists (I kept my bike in my room). The room was nice and modern - all in all perfect for what I needed for the price. Also, before I travelled I requested a late checkout as my return flight was late in the evening, I was granted a 12pm checkout but when I discussed with reception during my stay they arranged for a 3pm checkout for which I was extremely grateful as it meant I could extend my final bike ride. Great service.

Great place to stay in the center of Girona. We were warmly greeted and the staff were very lovely. Our room was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. A safe, tv, shelving, lovely big dress mirror and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the shower was really good, lots of hot water. There was aircon as well. We were on the third floor and there was a lift. Good wifi. A short walk to cafes, bakeries and restaurants as well as the old and new town areas. A five minute walk from the train station too. I would definitely stay there again and recommend staying.

LOCATION! - 5mins away from the train station; 10mins away from the Old Town, Plaza de la Independencia. Cleanliness, value for money, huge bed for a double room. They have enough storage space for when you checkout and you still want to do some last minute walkabouts (luggage-free) before leaving the city.

Not a lot of food options nearby. The blackout curtains (no second layer; open it and you're an open book to the building across). Not much to dislike from this hotel - was really nice overall.

The staff was very polite and always smiley and willing to assist. The location could not have been better to walk around the city. It's in the city center and very close to the train station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean! I've had the best sleep since ages - I don't remember exactly since when! The mattress was just amazing and the pillow incredibly relaxing. You can really rest and enjoy your sleep on these mattress and pillow. Totally recommended!! Will definitely stay again in BESTPRICE when visiting Girona!

The location is perfect both for reaching the train/bus station as well as to the city center. The bed was comfortable. I had requested for an inner facing room and it was nice and quiet there. The room was small but I really liked that the bathroom was decent sized. There is also a locker provided in the room for storing one's valuables. They also have a place to store luggage in case you are there before the check-in time or want to store it there for some time after checking out.

Lack of a closed cupboard or drawer. A kettle would also have been nice to have.

A very nice place to stay. Take advantage of the subsidised parking even if it is a 5-10 minute walk. Take breakfast outside. Staff friendly and helpful. The coffee, juice and snack machines in the lobby are reasonably priced. Excellent bathroom

It was lacking a restaurant, bar and on site parking but made up for it by virtue of its location. In fact I did not think the town was as good as people say because it lacked a bar or cafe in most of the areas I walked, they mainly seemed to be clustered in the old town.

Pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet room. Female receptionist was pleasant, professional and helpful.

Although it was one of the more moderately priced hotels available in Girona during early May when demand was high and availability low, it was nonetheless pricey and a 15 minute walk from central historic center. A small pension in the central historic area would be more conveniently located and less expensive if you can book far in advance. If that's not possible, Best Price Hotel is a good alternative.
