This hotel is incredible, super modern and clean, the staff are so helpful and welcoming. So much to do and to look at if you are a car fan, I definitely would recommend this hotel. Bed is so comfortable, the food at the restaurant is super fresh and delicious

Just the most awesome hotel in the world, especially if you are a petrolhead. The hotel had upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise on arrival. And when I say upgraded I mean to one of the Car Suites, with its own garage and a Rolls Royce and Ferrari guarding our door. Take time to wander Motorworld, the Michael Schumacher Private Collection is mind blowing, see the Ferrari 2000 in all its glory. The staff were absolutely fabulous and so forgiving my lack of German. They were all so relaxed yet professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The staff in the Moto restaurant could not do enough to assist and the food was fabulous and it didnt dent the budget. My favourite hotel in the whole wide world.

I didnt like the fact I didnt book enough nights there, leaving was a wrench, a small part of my heart will forever remain in Motorworld

We chose this hotel as were driving through the area and found out about the Michael Schumacher collection. It’s otherwise not really in an area you would think to visit. The bed was massive and comfortable. The room was nice and it was great to find a place that had air conditioning. It was hot for October. The little car decoration details are fun. The ceiling had a motor schematic and the pit stop pic in the bathroom was funny!! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good. Kinda American styled dinner but that’s alright.

The breakfast was really expensive. You don’t really have any other options though. At least it was good food and lots to choose from. They also charge for parking. Most hotels in Europe seem to charge for parking which is something I don’t really understand. Placement of this hotel means you have to drive there. So why charge extra for that.

EVERYTHING!! We were sad that we only booked one night on our way across Germany heading to F1 Belgium GP. Next time we will book longer. From the entrance yo reception yo room accommodations, everything was fantastic! Food and desserts were great. Drinks selections plentiful and the cars!!! AMAZING!! Schumacher’s private collection of cars is like walking through a fantastic toy collection and getting to spend the night there! We will be back to take part in the Flight Sim, racing sims, gift shops, etc!

Everything was lovely!

Excellent staff, very helpful, very clean and comfortable rooms. No tea and coffee in the rooms but was given a kettle and also access to coffee machine in reception👍

There is a grassy area with deck chairs, this needs tidying up as the grass was mainly weeds and very long. Quite a long way out of town but good tram links. No shops or bars other than the ones on site.

Had a family get together at the steak restaurant opposite the reception desk . The male receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional regarding two little children playing. He didn’t want them playing with their own toy cars on the floor - out of the traffic area. He didn’t want them sitting at a small table - unused by others . He came over absolutely irate , even though they weren’t loud, not damaging anything, had been not more than 5metres away from us and were not in the way. Customer Service Training or a different job might be in order …

Everything. The whole concept was brilliant. As a petrolhead this hotel is better than any other hotel you can think of. Loved the cars which were in Motorworld, the car memorabilia and decor. Was also treated exceptionally well, and was given the 007 James Bond suite which was amazing. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, having my car visible, right near my bed was unbelievably awesome. I totally loved it. I was also given a tour by the reception staff who were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I can’t thank them enough for giving me such a memorable experience. I’d really love to stay here again, and wish there were more V8 Hotels in every country. UK included!! As there are many petrolheads there, and a big car and motorcycle community.

There was nothing to dislike

I loved every moment of my stay at this hotel. It’s an excellent experience for car and motorcycle enthusiasts. Second time visiting Cologne and second time staying in this hotel. I will only ever stay here, such a great experience every-time. Will definitely return in the future.

Can’t fault this accommodation at all. I would describe this hotel as perfect. Any other term is an understatement.

the full experience with car bed theme. Otherwise normal hotel but attached to petrohead gallery , which is best . the gallery open early and shop open late morning. tried the dining in pizza shop and was great experiences. Michael Schumacher gallery of trophies, cars and accessories is another level ... you need full day to enjoy. thanks

might be the breakfast if can offer other alternatives (rather than buffet). the gallery cafe if could open earlier in the morning

Everything was so new and clean and we liked their room was very comfortable and everything worked. Lots of good spaces to have dinner breakfast and even an outdoor drink.

We thought they would put the Race on the big screen TV. We were all disappointed given that this is a motor world car enthusiast hotel. I was expecting to watch the race live at 9 PM.
