Excellent location and good support for keeping luggage while waiting for room preparation and till flight. Good system for room temperature managing. Very good room, comfortable and clean.

At arrival, received info that hotel make reservation at your credit card for 50 Eur per day, no matter are you interested to use some services or not. Since I stay for 4 days, 200 Eur was blocked from my card and then after payment I had to wait several days for deblocking, since deblocking was not immediate after payment. So, if you want to stay e.g. 10 days you have to assure reservation for 500 Eur. This information should be available at the hotel site or at the booking note. I travel a lot and it is very unusual request (for me it is the first time that some hotel requested something like that) so should be noted for travelers who plan to stay for a longer period. It is the matter of principle and clear transparency of hotel offer and requirements.

Location is good, near restaurants and sightseeing. Staff was helpful and breakfast a reasonable value. Had a nice meal in the restaurant the last night--excellent food and staff picked out a nice German wine. Convenient to main train station. Bit of a crazy area as it was around the football tournament, but the street was relatively quiet. Nice bar.

Hotel seems to cater to a lot of business people which is often a plus, but staff sometimes felt a bit distracted (assuming maybe you don't need as much help getting accustomed to the area). Not a real negative. Something very wrong with the Lavazza coffee maker in the room. Cups too small for the size picked and made actually very bad coffee (and we'd been drinking a lot of coffee everywhere, this just was not good).

The location, the room and the restaurant.

The front desk seems to be occupied with the computer, and doesn’t care much about customers. On one occasion I asked for another bottle of water for the night. To my surprise, the front desk lady told me that she would bring it to my room. After 45 minutes, I got back to the front desk, the lady was gone. The gentleman went to the room behind his back, and brought the water. Also, WiFi and the phone connection is just horrible. I can’t believe that there’s no reliable internet in the hotel.

Beautiful property with a really nice fitness and sauna area. Every detail of decor is top notch. Two nice restaurants attached to the hotel as well.

The WiFi at this property was basically non-existent (as you’ve heard from other reviews. It cut out and didn’t work for half of my stay. The location is also a bit dodgey so I wouldn’t go wandering at night.

The breakfast was great, literally anything you might normally have for breakfast you could get here. The staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean and looked lovely. It's in a good area, close to the Hauptbahnhof and other U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations. There are lots of amenities and options for food and drink around.

I'm not sure why this was at all, but for some reason my toilet flushed by itself every night at just past midnight. It's in a very convenient location, but as in all cities, the area around the hauptbahnhof isn't always the best. Especially if you are a woman travelling by yourself and need to be out later at night frequently.

The room was beautifully decorated and well laid out with plenty of space. It was one of the nicest bathrooms in a hotel I've had in a while. There's clearly a lot of effort made with lovely design touches in the lobby seating area and downstairs bar as well as throughout the hotel.

While it was a lovely stay, given the nature of the building, it was quite an odd layout getting to different parts of the hotel, which I don't think would suit someone less mobility.

We visited Frankfurt to see the Christmas markets. The hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping, sightseeing, near the river for long walks. Just perfect. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was finished to a real high quality, it was modern but cozy. The spa area was a nice way to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. Breakfast, one word delicious The staff were so friendly and helpful. So kind to us and other customers at breakfast. We’ll be back

The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor but that an easy fix with a new door seal.

Very kind, multilingual staff who fixed small problems immediately. The front desk seemed to have two people available at all times. The location is absolutely perfect -- far enough from the main train station to be insulated from the craziness, but still in the middle of everything. (Anglophones should not miss the English Theater next door, the oldest English-language theater in Continental Europe.) Our room was very quiet; in eight days, we never heard any street noise. The best part was the breakfast, which offered long hours (indispensable if you are jet lagged) with excellent buffet and a la carte options.

Small problems with the shower that were addressed quickly. Laundry prices are outrageous, but I had trouble finding a laundromat close by where I could do it myself. Not a big deal.

First stay first floor room was ok but I wrote a review asking for a higher floor on the next stay. Clearly not read. I got ground floor. First night no sleep at all as at 5.30 wondering what guest or club was playing music so loudly I decided to dress and investigate. It was from hotel lobby with music ok in lobby but huge volume from speaker just outside room door. Complained and was offered a drink for free. I mean really, I did not take this as it was not the drink I needed but sleep. No new room given but at least music reduced second night. Please. I like hotel and staff but never again ground floor. So noisy as even with no music, people, sirens and traffic. Not my best moment.

The BEST BED award should go to this hotel. After staying in a dozen hotels in Europe this trip, including some luxury ones, this hotel had the best bed and bedding of all. They gave me a free upgrade and the room was well appointed, spacious, beautiful with nice lighting control options. The in-room coffee was very good, and sundries were luxury-hotel level. I ate at the hotel's steak restaurant which was good, but very pricey. (Small pours, a la carte everything, excellent variety of high-end cuts of beef, with some fish options as well.) This is an AWESOME hotel for a traveler here to do business downtown. There's a lot of seedy loitering around the Train station at night, but the shopping area a few blocks away is great during the day. The Vietnamese restaurant right across the street was GREAT!

I was on the second floor in the building adjacent to their night-club bar and could feel the bass-beat of the music while in bed, every-so slightly late in the evening... like you might feel the bounce of a clothes washer a few rooms away. Not a problem for me, but a light sleeper may want to ask for a room on a higher floor away from the bar music.
