The property is well situated, close to shopping area, the harbor, beach, it’s only 2 blocks away! Nice location and great price. The ladies at front desk are nice and helpful!

Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. There were red marks on the wall behind the front door, like something was splattered. There were only two towels when there was 4 of us. They also didn’t leave an extra roll of TP. No one answered the phone so we had to go down to the front desk to get these.

most of the staff speak English, and they’re all have translation apps, so communication was excellent, but more important than that. They were very very friendly and very very helpful… Anything you needed they provided. It has a beautiful pool 24 hour security. It was very very safe and very very clean. It was also centrally located in Huatulco. it is very close to a bunch of small restaurants and three banks! The food at Hotel Santa Cruz was some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten!

there was nothing that I did not like… If something was not there, and you asked for it, it was provided immediately!

Excellent pool and free water! I got a great deal on Booking. I got to the hotel at noon and check-in was at three. Although they would not let me have my room they let me use the pool which was all I wanted in the sweltering heat. I really appreciated that.

My room smelled funny, wifi was spotty in the room, noisy music next door but just until 9 pm, no happy hour, breakfast was mediocre. I think this hotel could do a lot better with a better cook and happy hour. It is a gorgeous pool that is hardly used.

Location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Bar and restaurant on premises. Pool though you need to shower after you go in because their filtration or cleaning system might not be top notch and sometimes you could see the water was not clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Prices of food and drinks were reasonable. Coffee place across the street, Nikko.

The pool was taken over by loud expats from outside the hotel 3 afternoons a week to play volleyball. We were not advised of it when we checked in. They would just arrive there, set their net in the pool no matter if guests from the hotel were in it, and start playing, and be loud. If you prepay your stay and once there you decide to shorten your stay your payment is non refundable. The hotel is next to the all inclusive Binniguende hotel and every evening you could hear their show from inside the room. However by 10pm all was quiet.

The location was superb. Very close to the beach. The rooms were nice as well.

They were doing construction in the pool area and started at 8 am so if you’re hoping to sleep in I don’t recommend the hotel. Also the people at the front desk need a lot of training in customer service. Their attitude wasn’t the best and they weren’t helpful.

cleanness of room at the time we would return. They would like us water for our meds every day. They would leave us enough towels It was nice and cool when we return to our room. We really enjoy our stay at Stanta Cruz Hotel.

To us we really enjoy our stay at the Sta Cruz Hotel. We enjoy our stay for their rooms were clean and our room was cool. Mostly like the convenience of the transportation close to us We will highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nice large clean room. Our maid did a fabulous job.

Minor detail, but wish they had an ice machine. Also, our room was right next to their event area. Didn't get to sleep until 3:30 a.m. the night of a party. Ask at the front desk if you are in that area if their will be any events.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ended up switching rooms as there was a big party going on at the pool, so nice of the staff to move us to a quiet room. The pool is great and the location is wonderful. Everything is within walking distance, beach is a 5 minute walk away😀. Would definitely recommend this place, chose to stay extra nights.

Great location close to Santa Maria Beach, restaurants and marina for Bay Cruises. A quieter area of Santa Cruz. Hotel is older, very clean and well maintained. Pool area and restaurant are noisy to 10:00pm. For quieter room chose one off the pool area. Restaurant is very good with great value and service. Very friendly waiters.

Keep noise in restaurant to a minimum after 9:00pm.

We loved the location and view from the rooms. We could park and the checkin was professional and informative:) The pool was clean :) We will definitely being coming back again:) Thank you!!!
