I liked the main man sitting behind the desk he was very polite and helpful and even smiled. And for as cheap as it was it was actually above expectations on quality and cleanliness. No problems whatsoever.

There was no issues really. Besides your really especially s.o.l in pigeon forge if you're local to the state of Tennessee. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place for the price range and honestly I will be checking in again sometime soon.

My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel it is still in pigeon forge but just far enough away from all the main attractions that you get some peace and quiet. The staff are amazing and very helpful and they are always around so that way you don’t have to go looking.

The only thing I could think of is the pool could have been just a little cleaner but that’s really trying to pick at something. This hotel is really nice and easy on the wallet.

There was no breakfast, but for the price and clean room it was wonderful.Pancake house was 2 minutes away, you could walk to it... I took my 2 Chihuahua and it really is pet friendly.. I would go back in a minute!!? I don't understand some comments,I have stayed all over Pigeon Forge and this was one of the nicest places..no bugs?? No nasty room... it was Great 😃..thank you Bear Mount for the wonderful stay...

The climb to the 3rd floor...I'm 62 and have COPD, but I took my time..ramps then one floor of steps...but no complaints...can't have everything perfect

The convenience of the location was amazing and for the price it is everything you'd expect. Very budget friendly. And the service was fast and friendly from the staff (: me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

I felt like the wash clothes and towels could have been cleaner. And the floors could have been a smidge cleaner. But for the price it was a very nice room! And we will definitely be staying there again next time we come through. (:

We enjoyed the vinyl flooring instead of carpet. The shower had a rain shower head and was nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The coffee was good. Had cereal, waffles and muffins free for breakfast. The TV was brand new and had a great picture on it. The bed was comfortable. #102 Clean room that didn’t smell. The heat worked great. A few minor things good make it a 10.

The room was over all clean but needs a good spring cleaning. The ceiling & corners has cobwebs, dust under objects and furniture. The caulking and grout work needs replaced. But still not bad. A little paint would go a long way.

Location and staff don't bother you and the lady was nice in the office about getting us a remote to the heat in our room. We've stayed at Bear Mount every time we've went down for a while now.

An early check in of 12 or 1 would of been great after requesting it on the reservation since it was made a couple months in advance.

I liked the rockers outside your door, the spa bath was great, the air conditioner could've been better but it was pretty hot and humid, it just had to work extra hard to keep our room cool, water temp was great. We will stay again

Drain flies/ gnats, water at sink constantly ran, I think washer in faucet was stripped cause you couldn't get it to shut off so you heard it all night,

Our location was perfect very friendly gentlemen at front desk very helpful cleaning staff was on top of everything that was needed room was stocked very pleasant place to stay thank you to the staff

No option for breakfast but plenty of food choices within walking distance

I loved that I got bottom floor. I love that's its peaceful there cuz most hotels it's not quiet due to rude people there. I love we are next to a Krispy kreme.

I hate everytime we come here during cold season the pool isnt open so I guess we need to come during the summer time.

I love the family rooms bc they are two bedrooms (me and the husband had our own privacy and our children had their own bedroom with their own privacy), they also have a jacuzzi tub in the main room. Plenty of sleeping space. And easy booking for last minute!

Not enough towels and none of the vending machines worked for late night snacks or drinks. Also some of the lights in the rooms didn't work.
