The location was convenient and the breakfast was good. The price was extremely reasonable and allowed us to save money that we used for local Attractions. More bang for our buck.

The staff over all were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who worked breakfast and our housekeeper. The day shift front desk was friendly. The evening/night shift front desk clerk came across as apathetic and unhelpful. She clearly did not want to be there and seemed annoyed when answering the phone and questions. The hotel location was at the end of the parkway. It was very easy to get in and out and parking was readily available. We felt safe and had access to several places by walking. Most venues and shopping were within a 20 minute drive. I thought being on the river side would be a plus, however the geese and ducks made noise all night. Next time I'll bring my sound machine.

From the time we walked into the hotel and the receptionist realized my husband was in a cast from a broken ankle and having trouble getting around she made a choice to get us as close to the elevator as she could without us asking her to. The rooms were bigger than alot of rooms we've stayed in and had enough room to get around using his walker without bumping into everything. The bed was comfortable so no complaints there either..The room was clean and we loved that we had a balcony overlooking the little pigeon river. The breakfast was great and had a great selection.

We loved our stay here and have no complaints about anything.

We've stayed here 3 times before and we've never been disappointed. It's the only hotel we stay at when we visit pigeon forge now. We love the location, the breakfast options which this stay we didn't eat the breakfast because we just weren't that hungry when we left the hotel for the day.has many options hot and cold. The room is always clean and I love the water pressure. The staff has always been exceptional every time we've stayed here. Love this hotel.

Have no complaints

The room was bigger than expected and we enjoyed the balcony. The sound of the creek was very relaxing. However, the geese were loud in the mornings but we found out that was because people were feeding them. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept very well. The sink was outside of the bathroom and that was very nice. It was a great location and we would stay there again.

We didn't like that the fan stayed anytime you turned on the bathroom light.

Hotel was centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tub/shower combo were large and there was plenty of hot water. Lighting in room was great! Loved the River view from room and outside seating next to River. Breakfast afforded different options each day - all quite good. Housekeeping was awesome. Plenty of charging ports. Room was very spacious.

The pictures in the room were BEHIND the TV when there were other walls on which they could have been visible. There were NO towel bars at all. The bathroom was extremely small and the very small vanity was outside the bathroom in the room! BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW! Theirs were extremely small and had very little filling in them. There were only 3 small drawers for storage. Even though the room was larger than most, there was no table or chairs in the room to sit at and enjoy a snack, meal, or play a game.

Price was good, location was good, the breakfast was the best Ive had at a hotel. Great selction and it tasted good.

Took my grandaughter to the indoor pool. The pool was heated but they had fans bringing the outside air in. So the 12 degree outside air was inside as well. Wasnt enjoyable at all. The bathtub was very narrow. Not a dealbreaker, as with almost every hotel the water pressure sucked when getting a shower.

Overall, this was a GREAT place to stay! The only complaint that I have is that the cleaning crew got started way to early in the morning, which would not be a problem if they wouldn't have been so loud. My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights, because it was her spring break, and they had awesome rates for the amount of nights that we spent. The continental breakfast was great, and the food was always fresh and hot. My daughter had a great time swimming in the indoor pool, and it was kept very clean inside the pool, and around the pool during our stay. Like I said, everything was perfect in my opinion, except for the fact that the cleaning staff were way to loud to begin cleaning as early in the morning that they started cleaning! Great Rates, Great Place, Great Location, and a Great Stay!!

I didn't like how loud the cleaning staff was to be starting as early in the morning that they started, and they woke me up every morning that me and my daughter stayed here, even when they started with the room furthest from ours, I was still woken up with how loud they were.

The breakfast man was really nice and very sweet to my son. We liked that there was a pool and the location was great because it was accessible (from Sevierville) without having to get on the parkway. It was also at the end of Pigeon Forge and made going to the National Park easy.

The light on out balcony stayed on all night with no way to turn it off (I even asked the front desk). This made the room very very bright at night. Very hard to sleep the first night. The next night I hung a black plastic table cloth in each window and it was great! The room had mold in the bathroom. The hotel was clean enough, but not squeaky clean.

The only thing I didn’t like is it supposed to be a nonsmoking property and people on the 2nd floor was smoking so much pot you could smell it on the 3rd floor. I know because I had to go down to the 2nd floor to get ice since there is none in the 3rd floor. It hit you like a ton of bricks when you got off the elevator on the 2nd floor. And the lady that was working Tuesday night September 19, 2023, said she couldn’t do anything about it. Another lady was down there complaining about the strong POT smell and her husband had just had brain surgery. She moved them one room over. That’s not acceptable.

Everything was great. Before I booked on booking .com .I personally called hotel to see if the indoor pool was heated I was told yes.but it was not . Brrr C..O. L..D. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT 🥰 FOR OUR FAMILY. TY FOR PUTTING THE 2ND ROOM I rented across from my room. It was our very 1st stay and we usually stay at a piticulre hotel 🏨 but YALL WON OUR HEARTS . TOLD ALL OUR FAMILY N FRIENDS because we all help each other where to stay. Tysvm..breakfast was sooo good .. WE WERE CELEBRATEING OUR DAUGHTER 35TH BIRTHDAY 🎂 loved the BALACONY. . OUR FAMILY LOL IN CRAMPED ELEVATOR 🛗
