The hotel looked pretty old from the outside but inside, the room was beatiful, very spacious, comfort and full of facilities including fancy bath tub with a wall TV, pajamas, hair dryer, and curling iron, this was so impressive, which I have never seen in any hotel before!

The staff could not communicate in English well causing some inconvenience. At the time of check in, there was some confusion from the staff (which I did not know what) with my reservation so it took quite a while. However, I realized they tried their best to help and I appreciated it. I think every room was supposed to see a panoramic view of Fuji. However, it was just unfortunate, there were some trees near my room's window so I could not see Fuji well. (But for my friend's room, the view of Fuji was excellent)

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. The bath on the balcony was amazing, and this was by far the largest hotel room out of 6 different ones we stayed in. Comfortable room, unfortunately couldn't link to the TV as it was AirPlay only, but it's possible that the TV's vary from room to room as on my YouTube app it was showing TVs available in different rooms. Can confidently say I would stay here again. No fault of the hotel, but I would recommend staying here only if you are travelling by car, due to the proximity from restaurants etc.

Due to the bathroom not having windows, even with the fan running it smelt a little bit musty, but not a big deal. Also, in room tea/coffee facilities did not have milk or sugar, however I've noticed this is common across Japan, and I'm sure we could have got some had we asked at the counter :)

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The view of Mount Fuji from the room was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most were the thoughtful amenities in the room, like the provided sleepwear, microwave, and water filter—small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. We were even upgraded on the 2nd day to the same room without extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, an amazing experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the exceptional service

Our group was able to secure a last-minute reservation here after a mix-up with our original booking. I wish we had gone with this one instead from the start, because then we might've been able to book one of their onsens or activity rooms (pool, karaoke, etc...). The staff was super friendly and professional and spoke great English when needed. They kindly held our luggage for us after we had to lug everything from the other location. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. There were washing machines/dryers available for use. The surrounding neighborhood is small, but with a beautfiul memorial park nearby, a lovely view of Mt. Fuji, and a quaint cafe and quilt museum up the street; like I said, I wish we had just stayed here longer to explore more! The rooms themselves are decorated very lavishly and fully furnished with some extras including a bathtub (with jets), a water cooler, tons of storage, pajamas, a folding table, and a massage chair in some rooms [note: I haven'tstayed in very many hotels so I'm not sure if this is the standard for a hotel like this]. They have smoking and non-smoking room options, if you're into that. Overall, wonderful stay in a quiet part of town.

Every is perfect! Big room with all facilities that I need. Check-in and Check-out is fast. With twin bedrooms, hotel provide king/queen size bed for 2 beds. Room has large space to expand your big luggage. Room has separate toilet and bathroom with partitions between bedrooms. Big Bath is nice with water massage. Shower are is also big. With bedroom, hotel provided tank of filters drinking water (hot/cold). Water is enough for 2 people to consume for a week!! (Even we stay only 1 night). Provide Drip coffee and green tea. Dining table and working area is good. Microwave & fridge is good. Internet is excellent. Pajamas at hotel is comfortable. Heater & air conditioning is excellent, provided humidity machines in every room. In the morning in front of hotel, you can see Fuji San!!! ❤️

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent with the stunning view of Mt fuji right in front of the hotel. Excellent value for money.

The price is fair for what the hotel offers, so if you’re expecting fancy amenities, this might not be the place for you. You might notice some peeling paint on the walls or old window frames, but everything is very clean and well-organized. I fully enjoyed my stay here

The room was spacious, with 2 full beds, and a couch. The bathroom was incredible with a separate shower, jacuzzi tub, AND A SAUNA!!! Let's not forget the massage chair! The flat-screen TV was set into a wall unit, and there was a VCR player as well. There were also a microwave and a small refrigerator. Directions for all amenities were written in English as well as Japanese. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and everything was clean.

I don't think this property could have done anything better. The fact that we had to walk from the bus station is not a slight against the hotel. Maybe there were not as many transportation options because we were here in the off-season.

Awesome room, very nice bathtub. Many activities and a nice playroom with everything you would want to do. Instant access to the mountain roads and very nice connection to the city. If you are lucky with the placement of your room, you can also see Fuji very nicely. The staff was very very nice.

The breakfast tasted nice, but it was only one plate of food which didn't get me very full. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are bigger than expected with a huge TV, water cooler, pyjamas, a jacuzzi & the best part, a private sauna within the bathroom. Some rooms will have a view of Mt Fuji but ours was facing the forest.

Moving around is a bit of a hassle as the bus service is quite far apart. The next nearest bus stop next to the Gotemba Toll Gate is about 15 mins walk. It’s a long walk especially when it is wet & cold.
