The staff from the manager to front desk Pedro provided a warm welcome and continued guest support. They made me feel welcome and were very responsive to my emails. They took care of 4 other guests I had in my party that arrived before me. It was seamless from checking in and out. Breakfast was also inviting and tasted delicious with prompt service. Bread was fresh and latte was on point. They served really good butter and drinking water was always available.

Towels could smell fresher and were old and no longer white.

This Hotel is well located in the 7th-- very close to Boulevard St Germain, the main drag of St Germain des Pres. The hotel offed breakfast included which was good-- breads, pastry, cheese, fruit, a boiled egg, and healthy sized cups of coffee. The staff are across the board friendly and very helpful. We got some good restaurant recommendations from them including asking for a Moroccan restaurant that they researched for us, as there wasn't one close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and updated, but small which is usual for Paris hotels. The four-star rating is well earned in service and cleanliness

The rooms are small, and there was only one plug on one side of the bed making charging our devices challenging. Not a dealbreaker.

The facilities look maybe a little old, but it gives a vintage look to the hotel, so it goes with the style

Very generous continental breakfast and friendly, attentive staff. Great location close to museums, restaurants and Le bon Marche department store and central to many iconic monuments.

The bed was a little small although the size of the room would probably not accommodate queen size bed however, it was comfortable.

The staff make this boutique hotel extra special. The breakfast is also excellent. I stayed with my young daughter and this location is very safe. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

The rooms are a little small but this is true for most Parisian hotels. I recommend a room with a bath as they are bigger.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel's location was excellent. It is in one of the prettiest areas of Paris. We were three friends and had the junior suite. The hotel staff was very attentive prior to our arrival to make sure the room was set up as we needed. The hotel itself is lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a great location just a 15 min walk to the musee d'orsay and the banks of the Seine and a 30 min walk to the Eiffell tower. The hotel serves a continental breakfast of boiled eggs, dried and fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries/bread, teas and coffees. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The staff couldn't do enough for us, very polite and helpful. There are bistros/cafes dotted all over the place, we recommend Cinq Mars restaurant for lunch/dinner about a 15 min walk and creperie du clown about a 10 min walk for breakfast or lunch.

There was no fridge in the room however staff allow you to put stuff in the hotel's kitchen fridge, which is ok but not overly convenient. It didn't bother us but i know it won't be ok for all. Our room was in the courtyard (ground floor) this is a smoking area and you can smell the smoke in your room not great for us non smokers. However people rarely used that area and went outside the hotel instead.

A very well appointed boutique hotel in the perfect St Germain location. The room was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the included continental breakfast was delicious and more than enough to set us up for the day.

The room was a little on the small side but this is very typical of hotels in Paris in this price range. Not a big deal though and will definitely stay here again regardless.

The location is perfect! The room is cute, and has everything you need. I was so happy to find this place which is close to Museum D’Orsay and all other historical sites, shopping areas in Saint Germain. I think it’s a good spot for people who may appreciate the boutique style. Love it!

Almost everything about this hotel was excellent. The only minor issue is mentioned below. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The location felt safe, is close to public transportation and is near to lovely shops. I fully expect to return to this hotel in future stays.

My only complaint is specific to our room's location. Our lovely and spacious room was in the courtyard. Ordinarily, the location of the room would be a big bonus. But it appears that the courtyard is an ideal location for guests to take a smoking break and unfortunately, my travel partner is sensitive to cigarette smoke. The smell faintly lingered in the courtyard at times and affected my companion.
