Everything about this place is exceptional from the check in to check out, the rooms, location, beds comfortable, showers great, beautiful lobby, halls, rooms, elevators,very clean, great service, great food in restaurants , especially the breakfast food and service,Bar lines is a fun place with great food and service. The only negative would be the two very snooty hostesses at Bobs steak house, attempting to make reservation with them , (they were not busy at all ) we walked in from side door from walking and shopping on way to our room and they came off like we weren’t good enough to eat there and were rude and snooty. We immediately cancelled laughed it off, and ended up going to bar lines restaurant in hotel as we had a couple previous times. The Overall experience was too good to let those two spoil it for an amazing hotel and otherwise amazing staff.

The location is perfect - you're right in the action downtown and can get to most places very easily. The whole team there are so friendly - my partner and I got engaged while we were in Nashville and the team went above and beyond for us to make it special. The room and the view was really wonderful as well with very comfy beds to crash out in after a long day out in the Honky Tonks! Beautiful hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment you arrive you truly feel you are on vacation. Staff were at the door to greet and manage luggage, check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, just steps from Broadway and food and drink options as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame all accessible from the main lobby. Our room was lovely, great view of the city and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect (would love to return in warmer weather for the rooftop bar!) Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The location, rooms, amenities and shared areas were super. We were there the weekend the titans played the packers so a great buzz. On Saturday night the barman at the lobby bar was the ultimate host. Barlines was a great bar on site and the bar man Ryan went above and beyond which meant we returned a few times. It's a great choice of hotel.

No information from reception at checkin. The barman at the lobby bar on one of the nights (long haired man) forced a large tip and was disingenuous in general.

Location was wonderful. Easier for us 60 yr old to walk to most places. Liked the onsite food options.

A tad loud from around midnight to 1 or 2 from I'm assuming Broadway? Even above fan "white" noise still could hear both nights. We were so tired it wasn't too bad. Alot of Packer fans! I mean alot! Had no idea. We came down for anniversary and Nashville soccer game. Some local people didn't even know that Nashville had a soccer team....sad. We were asked if they were any good? Lol......we support FC Cincinnati.

Location was perfect! Beds very comfortable. Phillip who checked us in was wonderful and so was Devin the bartender that worked at the attached sports bar.

Two days in a row our rooms were not cleaned. They came very late and we were already back at the room. It may be because we were are on higher floor. They did however replace towels etc. Rooms were very nice and we kept it clean so not a huge deal. One thing I will say is we stayed 5 days with two rooms and when we asked for a late check out they only gave us an extra hour. We had a late in the evening flight and to stay 2 hrs would have been an additional $75 and any longer almost $300. I think for the amount of money we spent we should have received a little better service in that regard. We even asked just for one room but did not budge. AGAIN, Phillip was amazing but unfortunately we only saw him our first day and he went above and beyond to be accommodating. A complete class act.

Custom service at front desk was excellent. Breakfast available at restaurant was great. Location was convenient.

The noise from emergency vehicles woke me up all night. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and toilet was so low it was a lucky thing if toilet flushed. Asked for room to be cleaned up on request i had to call twice to get it done.

What is not to like. The hotel is comfortable and clean, every staff member is so friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The pool is perfect.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I will say I wanted to eat at Bob’s chop house and they seemed like they were never open. ( not the hotel’s fault by any means) However it was nice to see that there are lots of options within the hotel to get something to eat or drink.

Not too much. But the housekeeping services were a little inconsistent. There should be another tag on the door that says please make up room. Each day we would either get a text later in the day to see if we needed serviced or we’d come back to a room that wasn’t replenished with towels, coffee, cups, etc..

The location was really good. It was clean, smelled good and had good food options. It was nice having late night food available. The gym was well equipped and clean. The bed was pretty comfy.

The pool was way too small for the amount of people, there was standing room only. I requested a birthday service for the room as a surprise and the hotel staff forgot, when I mentioned it they shrugged it off.
