Morning reception young lady was very polite and respectful. Pool was lovely - no need to fight for a sunbed- supply of pool towels which you could also take to the beach (so don't take your own). Jacuzzi was a bonus (doesn't bubble after midnight but nice to cool off in later at night). Peaceful hotel with good sound proofed doors. Room was well cleaned. I would use this place again

Self catering was very basic. Only a kettle and microwave with 2 lots of cutlery - no toaster or cafetiere - not really a problem but some nations may not be happy with this - good ice cold fridge though. Around the pool you are not allowed to eat or drink anything that is not bought from the poolbar - not even a bag of crisps or water - this always frustrates me in self catering apartments but is not unique to this hotel. I simply won't by anything else from the poolbar instead.

The property was very pretty and clean and the location was excellent. Very close to all amenities and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the honey moon suite with the roof top jacuzzi was great. Our room was serviced daily and everything we asked for help with was sorted straight away.

The only thing which is something small is it would have been nice to be able to use the small seating area above the pool bar on an evening and to be able to relax on some comfortable chairs when coming back after eating out.

staff are fantastic....so friendly and helpful! the 2 girls on reception were exceptionally good. place us spotless. cleaner came in everyday and tied up/replenished stuff but not in an invasive way. location is ideal, 4 mins slow walk to the beach and restaurants etc supermarket/shop next door. plenty of towels Captains corner restaurant opposite is superb and cheap.

can't think of anything....only gripe I suppose was there was no English tv available. other than that it was really great. oh....shower didn't drain well and took an age to go so you were sloshing about while showering!

Couldn’t recommend this more. All the staff were so friendly especially the bar man (unsure of his name unfortunately!) who genuinely made the experience x10 better for my boyfriend and I. Such a positive group of people working who were so prompt with helping us organise all transfers and other requests. Our room was the honeymoon suite which the pictures in my opinion did not do justice, it felt straight out of a fairytale!!! I definitely recommend that option due to the private hot tub looking out onto the caldera, private terrace, balcony and the size of the room. 10/10

The property was very clean and right around the corner from the beach. The staff was extremely kind and made sure we had every thing we needed for an incredible stay. They went above and beyond daily to make us feel welcome.

Since we were not on the water/boardwalk we did not have a set of chairs/umbrellas that we could use without having to pay.

-the staff was exceptionally kind and courteous at every step of the way - the bartender Masood made some of the best cocktails and was very kind to my parents and going out of the way to make them comfortable, talk to them and just generally be a good person. The bar also had great food! - the location was perfect with view of the beach and really accessible with super market, restaurants nearby

- the junior suite is right next tot he swimming pool and not the seaside view as mentioned on booking but staff was kind enough to give us an upgrade

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, both at the reception and in the bar - they made sure our stay was very pleasant. They helped us with finding our way around the island, organising the shuttle bus, providing everything we needed (e.g.: iron and iron board to iron the guys' shirt for the wedding). We loved the balcony of the room and to have a fridge that kept our water cold. Aircon worked well for us too. The location is great in Kamari, 2 minutes walk from the beach and everything is very close by (bus stop, restaurants, shops). The pool is very nice too with sun loungers and bar. The breakfast was tasty as well!

The breakfast is delicious and plenty - a bit too much, i cannot imagine how much food goes to waste. They provide a full basket of bread (feels like a whole loaf) and huge plates of cakes and fruit which is very generous, however i feel like no one in our group has ever finished these. There also could be a bin put out into one of the communal areas, just a thought. Besides these, everything was good value for money!

We had an unforgettable stay at Blue Waves in Santorini for 5 nights. The experience was fantastic, and the staff truly made it special. On our anniversary, they surprised us with a beautiful arrangement of towels shaped like swans, petals on the bed, and a bottle of wine. It was a delightful and unexpected gesture that added a magical touch to our celebration. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

What a hidden gem!!! Hotel is so lovely and in the nice position. Close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The most important thing is staff at the hotel. They have been very helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to keep guests happy! Thank you so much.

Wish there was more hanging hooks for towels, clothes in the room.

The staff were all exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The pool was wonderful and clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The food (although we only had breakfast) was great! We were close to beaches and plenty of delicious restaurants. We booked ATVs through the hotel and taxi services and all went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay at Blue Waves!

Unfortunately our TV was not working but we didn’t use it. The staff was prepared to fix it. An extra comforter or two would have been nice for the beds.
