I booked the Grayton last minute after a truly horrible experience at another hotel and it was paradise. The staff were polite,and respectful, the lobby was gorgeous, my room was fantastic and clean, the wifi was brilliant, even for conference calls. All at a very affordable price!

When I went to bed the first day, sheets had hair & sand. It wasn’t changed sadly. One Indian guy at the reception was super rude to me. One time I received a new towel with a blood spot on it. I think their laundry needs to start using colorx and take more care of the washing process. Other than this, everything was super smooth & nice.

Large Hotel with a nice small swimming pool. The Pool area isn’t large so I can imagine it would get busy in the summer time. Nice large rooms with large bathrooms with a deep bath and rain shower which is amazing. Lovely toiletries provided and replenished when needed. Water in rooms was replenished daily, the room cleaning teams are amazing, always making sure a high quality finish every day. Lots of storage space for bags and clothes in rooms. Tea and coffee provided with a nice little fridge. Three lifts make going up and down to floors very accessible. Nice customer service from the reception team. The hotel is in very near vicinity to the BurJuman Mall and Metro station. About a 10 minute walk. It is also close to Sharaf DG. Plenty of decent eating places and shopping places around.

No Bell Boy at the door when I arrived so had to drag my own luggage in. Although they did take it upstairs to my room but the struggle was at the front door when the taxi dropped me off. Breakfast is really not great. Much improvement needed here, there definitely needs to be more options available. Everyday there is a choice of only 2 fruits, very small hot food options. In all honesty you could probably get a cheaper breakfast out of the hotel.

I really liked that hotel. Clean and nice, well maintained. There is also a pool available on the top floor but I did not have a chance to see it. There was everything needed on the room so no problems there. Room was cleaned daily, that was nice. Can not really complain about anything.

There is nothing hotel can do about it's position. It is a short walk into the nearest mall (but quite big) but overall you will need taxi's to move around. Or metro but I have no idea where metro stations are. No problem it is Dubai wherever you would be you would need to move around somehow.

I recently stayed at the Grayton Hotel in Dubai and had a pleasant experience. What I liked: Outstanding hospitality: The staff were amiable and always eager to assist, making the stay warm and welcoming. Great location: It is conveniently located close to popular attractions and transportation options, making exploring the city effortless. Clean and spacious rooms: The room was well-maintained, with modern decor and comfortable amenities ensuring a relaxing stay.

Value for money: The price was reasonable overall, but an additional perk like complimentary shuttle services could add more value.

Great location at the old part of the city - very good if you want to walk, see and feel the real life - that with no glamour. Good breakfast, however selection could be a bit wider. Kind and helpful staff, everything clean and tidy. WiFi - not a rocket, but worked well and reliably.

We had also a dinner included - selection was very narrow, however good and tasty. Also, restaurant-style service took quite a time for the dinner - roughly 1h. Nearest beach is some 5km away (all the closer beaches are closed - under reconstruction), so taxi is the only option. But that was not a big deal at all.

I arrived early at the hotel and even though my check-in time was 3 PM the staff was kind enough to have a room ready for me to check in by 10:15 am. Even though earlier they had mentioned earliest it could be 11 am. They improved on their committed time to get me checked in.

Courteous and well trained staff. Accommodative in late checkout. Location is very accessible, you could walk to Burjuman in 15 min and from there you could go to the Metro station.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel.

First of all, I had a guest who brought my heavy purchases to my room and they immediately called me and asked for the ID and it made me feel anxiety insecure and very bad! Also, before checking out the room, someone in booking.com gave the room a rate of 10 instead of me. In the end, even though I have paid the money for 10 nights at the hotel and checked out the hotel today, they still ask me to update my card in booking.com, and I can neither cancel nor have they confirmed it themselves!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grayton, their 24 hr check in was very efficient as we arrived late. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was really good, and with a great selection. It's a 15 minute walk between 2 metro stations ,and 25 minutes walk to the historical centre of the city and Creek. Facilities at the hotel are sufficient enough for a stay.Very good value for reasonable rates.Will definitely come back, next time in Dubai, you don't need a big brand hotel when you can stay here,excellent, well done Grayton.

The breakfast menu was a bit less than I thought, but it changed a bit everything, also the food was delicious. Everyone was nice. Also we got upgraded, thank you for that. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room service staffs were nice, however they didn't clean very thoroughly, I guess it was more depending on the country culture. Also it walks about 10-15mins to the station, it was okay to do that during my stay, which was December. I couldn't imagine that in the summer. It would be nice if they could offer shuttle service from the airport.
