The nice surprise of having Champagne (and bottled water) when we arrived was great. The location is exceptional. Communicating by What'sApp worked for us and response was quick.

It would have been nice to have a pod of coffee for each day, but the local cafe worked. It would help first-timers to have additional information in the apartment that provides insight on where to shop, eat, Flamenco preference, etc. We lost a day and Uber fees in finding good shopping that we learned was just down the street.

The host was there upon arrival and showed us how to use the access codes to enter the property. There was 24/7 support via Whatsapp which was extremely helpful! The apartment was extremely clean, very large comfortable bed and great facilities. Apartment was within walking distance from many things we wished to see and only 15 mins by car from the airport, very central! Myself and my partner loved our stay here and would 100% recommend it to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Seville!

The only thing was not having a window that had a view of outside, but we confirmed with the host previous to our trip that it would be the case due to booking a studio apartment.

Everything! Location was fab, it was clean, well equipped, spacious and beds were comfy. We got a bit of a shock when we arrived - we arrived at 1am in the morning and I didn’t realise I’d booked a studio apartment. Not ideal (we have a toddler) and totally my fault, but our little one made any concerns disappear because he was clearly very happy with our choice of accommodation! The staff were amazing - we received five star service before we’d even arrived and then throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother, and the lovely Manuel’s responses (via WhatsApp) were so prompt and so friendly. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

We had an amazing stay at Época Suites. The property was in an excellent location and it was beautifully decorated. We had our room cleaned and towels changed every day which was great. The shower was powerful and the bed was really comfortable which was an added bonus. The rooftop pool was a great little spot for a short dip and it had some really nice views over the city. We had everything at our door step including retail shopping, restaurants, groceries and most of the main attractions. The kitchenette was also really useful as we were travelling with our 1 year old and it gave us the option of cooing and storing food. Thank you for an incredible week stay. We enjoyed every minute!

Everything was great!

Amazing location, quite square but round close to bars, restaurants and the beautiful Setas. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all we needed for our stay. The pool was a real bonus, fab to relax there after a day of exploring! Communication was brilliant and the staff were so so helpful.

The only small (and it really is small) criticism is that there wasn’t a full length mirror. Travelled with my daughters who would class it as an essential 😊

Perfect location. Central to all the sights in the area. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. After a small issue with noise, the staff attended to our needs immediately and the problem was resolved. Staff handled it professionally and immediately. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

The entrance doors are heavy and creates a lot of noise when they close. Being an old building, you have to expect this and just enjoy the old city life!

Fantastic bed, warm powerful shower, stunning building and apartment tastefully decorated. Excellent air conditioning. Room cleaning every day and thick towels provided. Upstairs terrace, sunbeds and large plunge pool were real bonus. Host was easily contactable, very helpful and quick to reply. We stayed in the apartment with terrace but were shown the penthouse flat as friends were considering it for next year. Truly stunning. Would absolutely return to these apartments they are the highest quality.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was our apartment was to the back of the building and was a little dark, plus the terrace that came with the apartment never had sunlight . On the plus side this may suit some people as it meant the apartment was lovely and cool coming in from the heat outside. Plus we were not in the apartment for long periods of time. Only other small point is that a freezer for ice would have been good to have, the fridge didn’t have one.

Very comfortable beds in spacious, immaculately clean suites with high ceilings, lounge area and mini kitchen (and we appreciated the nespresso machine)! Located on a relatively quiet leafy street, and the rooms are insulated from outside noise, which is great for sensitive sleepers. The location is excellent: just around the corner from all the many bars, restaurants & boutiques of the Alfalfa area (leading up to both the lively Plaza Salvador and the Plaza Nueva areas; a quick easy walk to the Las Setas area and not much further on either side towards both the Barrio Santa Cruz and the Alameda. Reception was friendly and accommodating—we stayed in contact via whatsapp so updating them on our changed arrival time was easy, and check-in was quick. There is a small lift, so getting luggage up to the higher floors is not a problem at all. We loved the accommodation, and would be very happy to book this again!

Fabulous apartment and extremely clean. Great location with all the main attractions being in walking distance. The apartment is very easy to find and is a 20 minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. There is a luggage room which you can use and the communication was very quick via WhatsApp. The roof top pool was a little disappointing but it didn’t matter as we didn’t use it

very nice room with high ceiling and a very comfy sofa. location is quite central if you're exploring more than just the cathedral and alcazar, and plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area that open early/late. Just a hop away from the las setas.

the noise. my room was on the ground floor, and whenever other guests came back late at night, I'd be woken up by the banging of the front door and the grate, and the sound of their going back to their rooms. also, since the aircons were not working (the host failed to mention this) I had to sleep with the windows open, and the noises from the street is quite loud. however, if you close the windows most of the street noise is cut off/muffled
