The rooms are pretty standard, nothing special. However they are very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom sink area had plenty of room for my family of 4, and there was even an additional makeup area with a large mirror outside the bathroom door. This is invaluable if traveling with teenagers. The free breakfast was way above average. Plenty of options including 2 waffle stations. I would consider staying here again just for that. The staff was also exceptional. Very friendly and helpful!

I would of liked to see more convenient outlets for electronics, and better lighting inside the main room. The main parking area seems insufficient for the number of rooms, but luckily there are public spaces available across the street. There was no ice machine in our building, so I had to make a walk (albeit short) to the nearest one.

Room was of a good size; large, comfortable bed; bathroom a bit tired looking but everything worked, and the shower was good. We had a ground floor room, which was very handy as we don't know whether there were lifts to the upper floor and we had a lot of heavy luggage. Serve yourself complementary breakfast was better than many we've come across, and complementary tea and coffee are available in the reception area at all times. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for access to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, which is about 14 miles away. West Yellowstone has many shops, restaurants and petrol stations - although the shops tend to be of tourist/souvenir type. On two occasions we ate at a restaurant called The Three Bears; the meal on the first night was good, so we went back for a second night; that meal (pasta Al Fredo) was very disappointing: bland, liquidy rather than creamy. There is a laundromat right next door to the hotel, which was a bonus, our trip was for 25 nights and finding a laundromat somewhere along the way had always been part of the plan.

The hotel room was very dark and gloomy; having no central ceiling light fitting seems to be a trend in many hotels nowadays, more's the pity. Why have they done away with central light fittings? It isn't as if they can't have that as well as supplementary lighting, is it? At a practical level, not having good lighting does nothing to facilitate examining the bed and surrounding areas for bed bugs, which is a major consideration nowadays.

Excellent choice of food. Never had breakfast potatoes at a motel and was happy. Loved the instant hot water in my bathroom sink. Was totally surprised when I found my room with fresh towels and the bed made.

The people above me were so loud. Dropping things on the floor constantly. Couldn't walk softly across the floor. Stomped from the minute they came in to after 11:00 pm. Had to turn my TV up so I could hear. Someone ran across the floor constantly, maybe a kid, but no respect for the people below them. Maybe, you ought to test it yourself and hear what people are paying high dollar for. Put yourself in my position and try to get some sleep before 11:00 pm.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was first rate, with a menu board that told you ahead of time what was on tap for the next 2-3 days ahead. They even put out to-go boxes for us patrons visiting the parks to fill up munchies for lunch ( fruit, muffins, sandwich fixins and yogurts ) I found a new favorite breakfast condiment in Flapjack Drizzle!! 😋 Sue was extremely sweet and welcoming; Always with a smile, going around and checking to ensure guests had what we needed , there with a helpful tip or suggestion, and wishing us a good day with whatever our plans

Not that this was a bad thing by any means, and probably for visitors with kids, an indispensable feature, but I didn’t realize when I booked, that the hotel sits directly across from a fenced in park; set up with a playground; baseball diamond. Kids on the playground until sometimes 9-10 at night. When we arrived , two families were in the middle of a wiffle ball game. There was football practice going on in the early evenings . Good place to walk; some walked their dogs. Like I said, not a BAD feature but would have been nice to know and I may have chosen a room maybe not on the park side so when hitting the hay early we wouldn’t hear the playground.

I don't know that there is enough space to list all that we liked! The front desk staff was EXCELLENT, friendly, welcoming and helpful. (All shifts!) Our room was spotless, roomy, pleasant and located conveniently to our vehicle. Now the breakfast provided...what more can I say about the variety of hot and cold breakfast foods? My goodness....we didn't want to return home to our usual breakfast of toast or cold cereal! And each day, there was a different choice for us.

Nothing.....it was perfect!

The hotel was located close to the main action of the town but yet quiet. The room included desired amenities, being mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was cleaning service each day, which was nice, and the breakfast offered each morning had a nice selection to choose from. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations provided by this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff is very nice. They have good breakfast variety every day. The location is perfect since it's very close to the West entrance to Yellowstone.

One night there was a party across the street and we could hear music (not the hotel's fault, but smth to consider). Also, the breakfast room is too small and the seating is limited in peak hours. They use plastic plates and utensils, which is not great, but I guess many hotels do it here.

Amazingly friendly staff and location is amazing! It’s close to everything but offers a little bit more privacy because it’s next to the park versus the main road. Larger rooms upstairs which is nice when you have kids!

Breakfast area is a little tight but the food is delicious and they change the eggs and other things so it’s not the same breakfast every morning

We stayed four nights in West Yellowstone. The location is great just a few miles from the park entrance. Good breakfast, although the capacity of the room is not enough in case of simultaneous turnout. Clean facility. Value for money definitely not favorable.

Location was close to Yellowstone. Beds were comfortable & the room was a good size.

The soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers were difficult to use. I wish they had been pump type dispensers, but instead you had to push against them to get anything out & you usually had to do it several times to get anything. This is the only thing I can find fault with.
