Hotel Concordia exceeded our expectations with its spacious, fully-equipped apartment-style room. Each room had air conditioning, and the newly renovated bathroom was spotless. The stuff running the restaurant and the hotel where all lovely and incredibly polite! The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was stunning. We regret not staying an extra day in beautiful Porlezza. The hotel's restaurant open until 11 PM was convenient after a long day, and there's a 24/7 supermarket just a 5-minute drive away.

The staff was super nice, very accommodating, very efficient as well. When I booked I didn't include the children, and didn't realize until checking in and the lady that greeted us was so hospitable, she made us two extra beds in less than 10 minutes. And the restaurant was great too, not too many dishes on the menu and the few that we tasted were delicious.

There was a huge wasp ("frelon"), inside the window, dead but still very impressive.

Our room was enough for 4 people. It had a 1 room and a bathroom. We didn‘t eat at the restaurant outside of breakfast. Breakfast was nice there was a list of regular groceries to pick from like yoghurt, milk, buns, butter, etc.

A different room not exactly above the kitchen. But because I booked last second it‘s understandable that there were not a lot of rooms to pick from.

It is a really nice hotel. The staff was always there with a big smile, ready to serve and help. The parking was big enough and you always find a place. It was something between private and public parking. It looked safe, though. The breakfast was really good as well. It was a pleasant stay. I have nothing bad to say

Lovely, friendly staff!! Great service and food, lovely setting with great views, nice local/family feel, a short drive away from the Lakes - great value for money!!

Thin walls - noisy in the morning, however we soon realised it was due to a wedding and it was an added bonus to see that too.

The staffs were excellent and the restaurant below had the best tiramisu I've ever tried in Italy. it was our last stop after a 15days trip in italy. The breakfast was top notch. I definitely recommend this place.

the beds were a little bit uncomfortable because of two beds were put together.

Due to certain circumstances, I had to change rooms, but they accommodated me graciously. The breakfast had a wide variety and the bread was very delicious.

Some rooms are good and some are bad.

One of the best places I stayed at for this kind of money. Star was amazing and all the time you felt welcome and glad to be there. Amazing experience food-wise too as they managed to fullfill my expectations about italian cousine. Definitely will return

Clean, comfortable and practical. No thrills but a great place to stop off and use as a base.

Breakfast isn’t a buffet like the pictures. You tick a piece of paper and they bring what you would like. Not a huge issue as the staff are very good and will bring you more.
