Location, staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean though some upkeep was needed.

There were some Wi-Fi issues specific to my room, requiring using the dining room for connectivity. The pool, if it is thermostatically controlled, could be a few degrees warmer. The refrigerator needed defrosting . . . food and beverages froze. The breakfast menu was inconsistent or deficient in terms of offerings, especially on Mondays when deliveries were not expected until after the scheduled times for breakfast (6-9am.) Finally, there was no recycling, requiring guests to taking recyclables with them.

One of the elevator at first when you take it and press 2 it will take you 4 or 6 so they put it out of service so it was only one elevator was working but that was ok I take the stairs although I on the 5 floor. sometimes and water 💧 is in front of the elevator are in side the elevator I do understand that may cost from people going in and out from the swimming pool but it's still a safety hazard they should try and get some orange 🍊 cone to put so customers will see that the floor is wet remember if someone falls down it's going to bed for the company. But otherwise from that my time was very enjoyable

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were very professional in what they do i think I will come back next time

I loved the comfort of my stay. I appreciate the privacy the hotel allowed me to have with my fiance. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave so allowed convienece to have a snack if needed.

Only thing I had a dislike about was the bathroom. My shower only produced warm water and the tub when I pulled up the stomper kept draining the water. The breakfast hours were inconvient and it wasn't much of a wide selection or variety.

My mom, myself and my aunt all got stuck in the elevator. My #1 FEAR. After about what felt like a life time the door opened. The breakfast was dry. Could have been a little better.

The breakfast can have more options but it was okay. Interesting option to make your own waffles. Although, I didnt do it. The place was clean. Loved the hotel location near the walmart and other stores. Makes it better since there is no restaurant in the hotel.

Not that I can think of. The images were straightforward so, I knew what I was expecting.

The staff was very nice they helped me with any questions I had and I didn't have any problems with adding in extra nights I would definitely recommend the best western to anyone who has to stay at a hotel and the beds are quite comfortable. I give Best western 2 thumbs up 👍👍😉

Pool was out of service for two days Gym is not like pictures at all Elevators are not working properly. The Indian lady at the customer service is not nice at all, difficult to deal with, she’s rude.

The floor I was on was quiet. I was barely disturbed. Most of the noise you heard was from other people entering their room and allowing the door to close on its own. The doors sound like a slam. But other than that it was very peaceful. I got some good sleep there.

The elevators were always wet from people using the pool. Never mopped, just dried up and you could smell the pool chemicals. The breakfasts weren't that great. It tasted like microwaved food. My car got scratched from someone in the parking lot. The parking is horrible, because everyone wants to park right by the door, but no one parked correctly, which is how my car got scratched because someone's door was too close.

Clean from lobby to room, I booked another night I was so exhausted I went start to sleep, on comfortable bedding, the location blew me away!

The breakfast table missed displaying plates and cups to begain eating do to COVID-19, boxes of cereal is need it seems like the cereal has been in their container for a long time.

The bed was extremely comfortable and pool size was nice and large (a little cool). Breakfast was very good and the premises were extremely clean and properly maintained. Conveniently located just off 95.

Because it was so close to 95, a little noisy at night from highway.
