The waffle maker at breakfast was great and I loved having coffee available all day! The location was convenient being near a good road net.

I had requested a cot in the room for our 5-year old in advance and was told that would be no problem. However, when we arrived there was no cot and when I asked the staff for one I was told there are no cots available due to the local fire marshal’s order. That’s fine but why couldn’t staff know/inform me of that in advance?

The front desk agents and housekeeping staff were pleasant.

I stay for my wedding. I was told I would have a picture in the lobby for my wedding party and guests and it was not there, no one received any welcome bags either.I called a few days prior asking for plant based meats as i have an ellerfy to red meat, and I was told they will not order anything new to accommodate my allergy. Turkey sausage was available but for the prices of rooms these days, a variety would've been nice.

I liked that there was continental breakfast. It was a good variety of different options, so I didn't feel like I was eating the same thing all the time. The room did have a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to have. Also, Doris was very accommodating always willing to help in and way she could. Her attitude towards wanting feedback about our time at the hotel or even expressing urgency towards making sure our stay was going well was a very nice feeling.

When walking into the hotel it was a bit "muggy" feeling , but was quickly resolved with turning the air conditioner on. Also when walking into the bathroom there was a few pieces of hair in the sink and a found a single strand on the pillow on the bed. Also, the shower spigot wouldn't fully pull up, so the pressure was a little weak with the water still running into the tub.

The breakfast was ok. There was fresh fruit. The usual American omelette and sausages which are not to the liking of UK tastes, and waffles with syrup. There was toast and jam and fruit juice uht. Yogurts appeared after we finished. Coffee was help yourself. Enough to eat and get you started for the day. Beds were comfy, shower hot, room quiet. Check in lady was very helpful.

The morning receptionist was abrupt.

Nice decor; clean; good location for us; comfortable bed; great pillows; excellent breakfast; liked eco friendly prompts on towels; nice toiletries not in little plastic bottles.

Wish for hand held shower wands; somewhat limited water pressure in shower; mildly difficult to get across traffic to make a left on to Southbridge.

I spoke with hotel personnel twice prior to our stay with questions and the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Front desk person was very polite and professional. Hotel was recently renovated. Room was clean and neat. Housekeeping staff and staff at breakfast area were all friendly.

I'm not sure the air conditioning system was renovated. The unit in the sitting area of the suite was very loud.

That you are NOT pet friendly. I have allergies to dogs which makes it almost impossible to stay in a hotel. I appreciate that you are keeping in line with the ADA regulations about service animals. I did give the front desk documentation on service animals and I hope that in the future that you will remain this way.

It was cozy. We had the perfect amount of space. Neat and tidy.

The shower was weird. It didn't matter how we slid the doors there was water spilling out onto the bathroom floor. We had to put out extra towel down so as not to slip and fall.

I like that the location was kind of central to the different locations we had to visit. The hotel reception was courteous, housekeeping was very detailed.

The room was damp, the fridge was not staying shut.

lightning in the bathroom was insufficient, too dark, hard to see while shaving. the breakfast was about a 7. The bacon, sausage and eggs were not very good.
