This hotel was very clean and the front desk receptionist was very polite

The room I initially called to book I didn’t get instead I got something different and that was the only minor problem I had . I asked for the room with the glass sliding shower and a balcony instead I got a room with a bathtub and balcony . Online it show the room with the glass sliding shower but when you get the room it’s not the same . To me that’s very misleading . The elevator that was the closest to our room was broke down it was a lot to walk down to the other one .

convenient location to get to both sides of I294 and the buffet breakfast include with IHG membership makes staying at the property a reasonable value. room was fairly quiet after hours when family kids bedded down for the night, vs very active during day. Used pool when staying there in the past, outdoors and still seems well maintained. didnt have time for that during this stay and then rained when there was time.

The location is good and we can take the Metra to Chicago at Glenview train station 10 minutes away. The hotel is not far away from many restaurants although we did not have a chance to try them. The room is clean and convenient.

One of two elevators was down and we needed to walk across the building to take another elevator. We stayed on the second floor and our luggage was not big, so we used the stairs instead. It might not be an option for other persons.

I like that this is a quiet, clean place to rest. I have a stressful job that requires proper self care and time away to recuperate, this place fits the bill nicely. I've stayed at this location multiple times, it keeps getting better. The outdoor pool area is nice. The lobby and restaurant are nice. The staff are nice. The location is great shopping and food is nearby

The beds could be a little firmer although I am not like most I have a horrible back. The Mrs didn't mind the soft bed.

Nice rooms , breakfast was nice

The insulation between rooms was bad and we could hear everything the neighbors did, breakfast was the same every day and things were not covered and dried out, staff was not that nice. We stayed for a long time and they did not refresh things, we had to keep asking.

We were going to attend a book tour in Evanston. So I began researching places to stay. That area is pretty pricey, and my husband found this on a random Google search. i always book through Booking.com, so I used the app to gain useful info. For value you can not beat it! Before booking get yourself an IHG rewards account. It will get you additional perks. We ended up with an upgraded room with a balcony, that was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is located in an area that makes other places to visit very accessible! It’s about 30 minutes or so to Chicago. In the area are some great restaurants! Book here! This is a hidden gem.

Everything smelled clean. The bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioner was fabulous. The breakfast was really good but the price is a bit high, at $16-20 per plate.

The door needed to have a new seal put around it. Light and some noise passed through at night.

It was newly renovated and the hotel was very nice.

I wasn’t sure about quality of amenities. Didn’t know if conditioning shampoo was 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, but we also got 2 body lotions. Also as big as the property, the elevators were at the end of the hall which was little inconvenient.

It was really nice and clean and in a good location as well will definitely recommend and will go again.

It was perfect nothing to dislike.

Bed was way to high for a MS Patient who had to have help to get back in bed at 1:30am, 4am, 6am & 7:30. We made another reservation for Aug.4 but cancelled because of the height of the bed. Ridiculous for a handicap adult in a wheelchair. What we’re you thinking for an ADA room.
