The location was very nice, the area was quiet and felt safe in comparison to some of the other properties in the area. The staff was attentive and friendly and I was happy to find out for myself that many of the negative reviews were quite exaggerated. The manager, Lake, addressed minor issues that I had in a very timely manner and was very accommodating to my needs as a solo traveler. The property overall didn’t disappoint, and I will be returning for short stays because of the very reasonable pricing and accommodations provided.

Friendly staff. Fresh coffee in the morning. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I like the kitchenette setup. Having a full size fridge has been very beneficial when I have stayed over the last 2 years.

The hotel does show its age. Lots of bleach spills on the carpets in the halls. Wish they would offer some kind of continental breakfast would be great but I know when Covid hit everyone stopped food service. Since there is a kitchen I guess no food service is necessary.

The facility was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Common laundry facilities were ample, clean and in good working order. The kitchenette was we’ll equipped. The price was reasonable for what we received. We did not make use of the fitness room although it appeared to be ample and in good condition.

The air conditioner was too strong for the room and as a result the environment cycled from too warm to too cool.

The room I got was cleaned and I didn't know that it had a kitchen and a FULL fridge! Overall I would stay again at this place because of the clean room and property.

What I didn't like was I requested to be on ground floor and when my partner and I got to the hotel around 9:30pm, we were told they are out of rooms. I requested to be at ground floor because I had two bikes that I needed to bring in as I didn't want them stolen out of the back of my car.

Staff was very friendly. They picked up a package for me and held it for a few days before I checked in. Free of charge (Vegas most hotels charge a high fee for this) Didnt interact much with them othwerise.

Wifi was extremely slow. It made working out of the hotel hard, and almost zero streaming capabilities at 1.5MB speeds Location is quite remote - No public transport around so make sure you have a car or Uber around.

Everything was good very good hotel, very friendly staff, the rooms was clean very good for the money I would highly recommend, whoever is planning on booking a room look no further

The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with easy access to the highway. What I really liked was the bathroom. Had plenty of room for all my toiletries plus the bathtub wasn't slippery as most of them are. I know it sounds silly but it does make taking a shower a lot easier. I would definitely recommend Mainstay and definitely plan to stay there again on my next trip.

The hotel served its purpose being close to where we needed to be. The staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

Very annoyed having to smell marijuana from people smoking in their rooms. Clearly not allowed, but certainly not enforced. We would definitely come back when in town for the price.

The kitchen in the suite was great. Included a stovetop, dishwasher and full sized fridge. Also the room had dishes and a coffee maker. It was very useful for my stay at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The service was exceptional with having my room cleaned once a week> Very friendly staff.
