Perfect location in the city center. Clean and comfy room, working satelite tv, big bathroom. Balcony with street view.

Breakfast was included and prepaid but upon arrival they said that restaurant doesn't work. What a shame. The area is full of thai hookers and turkish hookah bars. Don't go there with children.

A bit weird to have a glass wall in the bathroom. Although you can't really see through, still it's a bit uncomfortable.

The location is awesome. In old town and near the beach and you have a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. Nodar, Nika and the Hotelcrew were so friendly and helpful! Thanks a lot! The rooms are always clean and with fridge and AC.

2 things: 1) as it rains in Batumi, not a bad idea to offer an umbrella to the guests. The female worker who works there, was very kind to offer one to me, her own private one.. 2) as georgia is a country of wine, they should have at least 2 glasses of wine in the room. I had to go out and buy them. Usually its normal to have at least water glasses (also didnt have), and wine glasses. The hotel is to the level to offer such small things. Or At least - to have somewhere written -- that they can be provided on request

The location is perfect. The room wad really spacious, comfortable beds and everything was clean with everyday housekeeping.

There was a problem with an elevator. Twice. The breakfast had no coffee from the coffee machine.

Location of the Hotel is near the city centre, walking distance to beach. Stay was very much comfortable. Break fast was okay.

Very pleasant hotel, comfortable rooms, bathrobe provided, spacious balcony. Fantastic location and neighborhood.

I booked two rooms with sea view, but got quite unpleasant inner courtyard view instead. Our friends could unlock our room's door with their electronic key :D :D There were huge green and dark mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, there were no hooks to hang a towel. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but there are many good restaurants in the area.

The hotel is nicely located in a lovely location, the neighborhood looks like an old European city. The room was nice, clean, beds comfy, good internet. The restaurant was nice with an opening roof, with breakfast was ok, you can find what you need.
