The Room was excellently clean and connection to Netflix was excellent. The staff at reception and even the cleaning staff, were all really helpful all the time that I asked questions. So in that sense I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Not that I was unhappy about this, but it would have been nice if there was a guide book in the room that shows you what attractions you can find around the sorrounding areas of the hotel. There was no curtain for the back window of the room, so if you left the blind open there's no privacy.

Breakfast was normal nothing to get excited about.I was told they were putting in a new eatery construction has started so the next time I visit I hope it will be finished I am looking forward to seeing it so I can have a good dinner next time I visit I was told to keep me informed when it will be finished.

Lack of wifi that is all I can think of right away.

Easy check-in, staff were nice, mattress was comfy, very nice bathroom, was clean and served the purpose. Cereal and coffee etc supplied.

Bed base is cheap so squaks when getting in and out.

Room was cosy, clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the location was perfect for what we needed. A microwave in the room would have been awesome but even without it, we were happy with the value for money. We stayed for 1 night for an appointment early the next day. We were confused as to where to go to check in. There were no signs, You have to go into the pub to the bar but when we met bar staff, the young Girl that helped us was lovely. The view from standing by the window onto the back area of the pub was a bit of a mess but honestly not a huge deal as we were just there for the convenience of the location and the bed was just so comfy we enjoyed our rest there.

There is a smell to the rooms as soon as you enter but other than that, the service is getting better

That they don’t have lunch or dinner service but found out that they are working on it in the future had to order food instead very expensive.

Loved the friendliness of the staff whilst were waiting for the confirmation of our last minute booking. They gave us a complimentary drink whilst waiting.

The room is nice and clean apart from the bedframe a bit sqeaky and makes a lot of sound.

Good and helpful staff. The ease of check in. Nice food at the restaurant and plenty of tv screens

There was only 1 x milk which is small. Not enough for coffee and cereal. Anyway staff helped out and provided more milk

What a fantastic hidden gem. The rooms are very modern and super comfortable. Also the view of the bushland ot the window was a nice surprise. Staff are super helpful, polite and really good to deal with.

The signage could be better as we were looking for the Inala Hotel but all the signage on the buildings says Diamond Hotel. To book in you have to go to the sports bar but this was not explained.
