The location was great. It is directly across from the entrance to the beach. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants close by. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The sautéed mushrooms were delicious. The restaurant recommendations were great and the 10% coupon was an added benefit. Renting the beach lounge chairs and umbrello was easy and cheaper than expected. The location kf the chairs was a lot closer to the front of the beach than we thought we would get. The pool was very clean.

Very nice beach hotel with very friendly staff. In some way it is the kind of a bit "old fahsioned" Italian beach hotel - but they have done some up-dates in the rooms and the pool area is really very nice. Public areas as well as the rooms were super clean. If you are staying 5 nights and more, sunbeds and umbrella at the beach will be included as well. Otherwise you will get a voucher for a disocunt on the rental. The breakfast was very nice and way more what I have expected from a normal Italian breakfast. You have a lot of choices from salty over sweet items and all is presented in a very nice way. Thumbs up for this. Free parking is available at the hotel or in the public beach parking opposite. From the hotel it is just a 15 minutes walk to the historic center of Chioggia, which is like a Mini-Venice. Modern restaurants and bars are just around the area of the hotel. I want to put a special thanks here to the hotel staff, who arranged a real nice breakfast table for me on my birthday. I really loved it. Thank you so much!

The free bicycles, everything was super clean and neat, the pool is awesome, and the staff of course.. I have never came across friendlier staff at a hotel in the past :) Cheers!

It would have been nice if the towels and bathrobes for the pool m / the beach were included in the price (they were 5€ per change non refundable) and the umbrella / sunbeds on the beach. (They were 21€ per day - 2 beds with an umbrella.)

Very well maintained and managed hotel; First line of the beach; Private beach included; Parking included; All staff extremely well trained, kind and helpful; No dinner offered, but arrangements with few nearby restaurants made; Very good breakfast according to Italian standards.

The third bed in the room is a folding one (but this is duly shown on the photos) and not very comfortable, indeed.

Great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast

I had to park in a public parking lot that I had to pay for, only after my third question at the reception did I get a card for that parking lot. I paid a deposit of 20 euros for the card, and in the end it stayed with me because I forgot to return it

It is close to the beach and breakfast was good. It is an old hotel that would need a bit of renovation but as we saw for that kind of money there isn't many hotels around that would match this one. Over all great experience and nice hotel, don't get me wrong. Amazing weekend gateway:)

Beautifully kept grounds and golf course. Superb new spa, well trained staff. Restaurants range from local cuisine (with very large portions) to international gourmet class. Ample secure on-the-grounds parking next to main building, helpful staff at hand. A mostly wonderful stay, we intend to be back in winter to try the facilities then especially the golf.

Woefully inadequate wifi spoiled some of our stay. Soundproofing could be better too, as we experienced with a boisterous Italian all-night wedding *sigh* in the adjoining castle wing.

Good location with easy parking. Nice view. The staff were friendly. The most lovely breakfast, beating the 5* we were at previously hands down.

The restaurant wasn't open, but there was a fun bar across the road where they made excellent Aperols.

loved the location. impressed with the staff especially housekeeping, all very effecient, friendly and exceptionally clean. breakfast had great selection of hot/ cold items drinks and desserts. beach chairs assigned for durtion of stay

did not like having to park accoss road at supermarket.
