Magnificent and magical at once, it is one of the most exquisite hotels I have been to. A maze of secret gardens, courtyards and terraces, this Parador never ceases to surprise its guests. Scent of jasmine fills the air and in the evenings, beautiful sounds of Spanish guitar accompany you for dinner, as the surprising tastes of local cuisine slowly unfold. I wish I could spend all summer swimming in the sunlit pool, reading under the canopy of colourful trees and being ever enchanted by the charm of Chinchón.

I liked everything!

Did not have breakfast. Enjoyed an excellent dinner (even though we do not usually eat late but when in Spain etc!). We found it rather cold in the dining room.

The bar lacked atmosphere but the staff were excellent as were the drinks measures! It was too cold to sit in the comfortable chairs in the old cloisters but how about putting some of those chairs in the bar for winter guests?

Located close to the famous plaza mejor. Comfortable and well run as expected, wonderful big bed

The pool was closed which was a shame, so I opted for a soak in the bath. I will point out a design flaw that a lot of hotels make with the toiletries!! Despite the good quality products why do they end up in dispensers on the wall completely out of reach if you are in the bath. Fine for a shower. Please go back to little bottles.

The Parador and its grounds were beautiful and made the most of its history as an old monastery dated back to the 15th century. It is close to the Plaza Mayor that has a rustic charm. The cafe and restaurant were very good.

A large table full of very loud business people who spoiled our evening meal because we couldn't talk without just about shouting at each other.

It’s a beautiful quiet place to spend a few days. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool area. The room, the maintenance of the building and the friendliness of the staff made the experience top-notch.

I am really conscious about nutrition and healthy habits. I would have appreciated healthier options when they treat you as you order a drink or the snacks they leave in the room. Crisps and high-fat sweets are not my thing.

amazing Hotel just 1 min from the great plaza very friendly and helpful staff the rooms looked amazing, an old Vibes feeling sitting outside in the garden, and on the pool is simply amazing when you know you’re in the middle of the city

the shower tried to kill me 😅 the water temperature went from normal to hot and cold and back from one sec to the next. the door had no soft close function so you heard every time someone had closed the door

It’s a great location once you find the parador in the narrow streets of Chinchón but the the end we did notice that there was small signs pointing the direction of the parador. This is our second time staying here and we love this little quaint little town. The room was very up scale it feels like we were in a 5 star hotel and the staff are very well groomed and polite. They have a very safe underground parking just around the hotel.

Trying to find the hotel since the GPS does not work around town due to the tight narrow streets the house structures block the GPS signal. Our rental car was a little too big for the narrow street. Very nerve wrecking.

Of all the Paradors we have visited (C. Rodrigo, Zamora, Trujillo, Guadalupe) this is the best. They provide coffee and tea in the room, as well as water. The interior and exterior gardens are exceptionally beautiful and the location is very central. Parking is easy.

Amazing location in a stunning little town just outside Madrid and one of the most picturesque I came across in a month in Spain. Beautiful building and gardens with lovely pool and very good breakfast. Parking available in the road outside so don't pay extra for hotel parking.

Nothing really

Everything it’s our favourite Parador ,having dinner at night under the trees with a guitarist playing and eating lovely food in such surroundings is unforgettable. Then next morning having breakfast under the trees is a bonus. The secure underground parking is great.

Nothing, the only comment I would make ,the shower over the bath went hot and cold, not really worth mentioning.
