Loved the location close to the palace and all the gardens, so convenient. The staff could not be more helpful, especially Sergio on reception and Elena at breakast. Everything was spotless. Also the entrance to parking is easy and also there are two electric parking bays. Parking is €17.50 but the charging is free.

The hotel is not responsible for the following obviously, but we have to mention our disappointment is the large neglected building beside the hotel which is covered with graffiti and looks like it is partially occupied by squatters. It affects the tourist area across from the Palace and makes you think about safety at night time.

A super hotel right next to the gardens and palace of Aranjuez. Easy to reach and parking in front of the hotel to make the check-in easier. We had booked a place in the parking garage and were offered an upgrade for a room which included the parking. We got one of the best rooms in the hotel with views to the palace and a "royal" balcony ;-) The room itself was -very- big with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The food on offer at breakfast is amazing. It is a pity you cannot eat all that is on offer... Staff were very friendly. So we think this hotel is highly recommendable! Aranjuez itself is well worth the visit. Stunning gardens and buildings.

On entry to Hotel the Aroma was beautiful. The welcome by Emilio was exceptional he made us feel so welcome And did everything possible to ensure our short stay was perfect. Every Hotel needs an Emilio and working along side Kiara who was also exceptional seemed the perfect match. We had stayed in Aranjuez a few times before but not at this Hotel but will not be looking any further than the Palacio for our future visits. Our 2 small dogs were welcomed and this made it easier for us to relax. (See how chilled they were in the Pic) Breakfast was well worth the price and everything was so fresh. The location couldn’t be better and it was the perfect stop over for us en route to Malaga.

Welcoming friendly staff and very comfortable. Tasteful decor with nice reception area with plenty of seating. Excellent pet policy, we were able to eat breakfast and dinner with our dog in the bar area which was separate from the main dining areas and in our experience this makes this hotel quite exceptional in Spain. Every member of staff was friendly but we must mention Giovanny who managed the bar area and was wonderfully professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again. There is a large open area in front of the of the plaace to exercise your dog. the hotel parking is convenient as the lift stops in the reception area. the hotel will lend you a luggage trolley which helps enormously. 10/10

Reception were able to give us the room of our choice, which was the room we stayed in on our first visit five years ago. It was the room directly above the main entrance, with a balcony, looking directly at the royal palace. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet, comprising just about everything one could want for breakfast plus stuff you'd never have thought of eg. beer yeast to name but one. The room must have been the best in the hotel and was massive. The view was impressive, as I've mentioned.

The only thing I can think of was the powered door on the underground garage which we used. It scares the bejasus out out of me when it starts up.

We use this hotel comparatively frequently as we drive from our home in eastern Andalucia to the ferry port at Santander-and of course in the other direction. An overnight in Aranjuez breaks the journey nicely. So we have reviewed this hotel on several occasions. The secure parking is important to us, though we have no complaints about anyone or any other facility with the exception perhaps of the evening menu which never seems to change. Still the town has many eateries close at hand--unless the weather is particularly inclement which means we must 'eat in'..

There can be few things amiss with a hotel that we have stayed at so regularly and-indeed-will almost certainly stay at again before very much time has elapsed

Location is hard to beat, a few steps from the royal palace. Breakfast was pretty good, but a better coffee machine delivering cappuccinos and lattes, rather than just espresso and americano would be a good addition (hard to believe to find a four star hotel without a proper coffee maker in the common dining room area!)

There are a few very rundown and seedy buildings in close proximity to the hotel , which gives the area an unsafe feel, particularly in the evening. It's a real shame, as the hotel is fairly nice and extremely central.

The location is excellent, right across the palace and within 5min of walk to every important sight. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Overall the room was very clean. Amenities provided were very good as well, I would highlight the green tea scented soap, shower gel etc, they were amazing!

We asked for dinner through room service, they were fast, but the quality of the food was not what we expected, compared to the amazing breakfast they serve, main dishes were a bit of a disappointment.

Faultless stay. Arriving from the warmth of the South to the cold and rain what a lovely warm welcome. Easy parking. Atmospheric hotel with huge comfortable and warm rooms. There is a perfect area off reception where you can dine with your dog. We had a lovely meal and very helpful and friendly waitress. We also had breakfast in this area and again the very helpful staff supplied a wheeled trolley for us The breakfast was amazing. A lovely relaxing stay.

A short stop, Aranjuez deserves more time

A large hotel in a lovely location opposite a palace. Comfortable large room. Clean facilities. Dog allowed in hotel lobby bar whilst owners ate dinner and breakfast. Good breakfast - free parking deal as bought breakfast.

Perhaps a little impersonal. Didn’t like eating off the hotel lobby at the empty bar due to having our pet dog travelling with us - not the hotels fault there were no other customers! but it wasn’t a relaxing experience … perhaps they can set aside a few tables in the restaurant??
