From Reception staff to the other staff including those at Breakfast, the bar, housekeeping, welcoming staff were all just beyond measure - exceptional. We very highly recommend this hotel for your stay. It is not just close to town, (by car), but the staff even brief you where to park, or they could call a taxi for you at a fraction of the cost, tell you where to stand in case you need to be picked up again, what to see in town etc., They all go great distances to ensure one has more than a memorable stay. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff whilst helpful, were always going about doing something, it seemed with their own initiative and looked happy, which not only makes your day, but makes you feel good for them too. Well done all and keep up the good work and keep the hotel as tidy as you do all the time, so it looks as exceptionally good as it does now. Brand new.

I stayed in the hotel twice - June 4 to 6 and June 10-11. Both times, I had nice comfortable rooms, clean. The breakfast is excellent and the stuff is very accommodating. The hotel is in about half an hour walk/5 minutes drive to the center, but it has an agreement with a taxi company that would take you to the center for 6 euro. On the way back, you can call the hotel and they'll pick you up. As I rented a car, it was more convenient for me as you cannot park in Ljubljana and need to use the garage, not to mention that it was more convenient to drive to caves from the hotel using the car I rented.

It was not our first time, but it was the first time after the epidemic, and fortunately things have remained excellent in this hotel. Very clean, huge apartment for us four, comfy beds and just about all amenities we need. As for the location, it is ideal for us because we travel further and sleep over in Ljubljana, and the hotel is just off the highway, and close enough for us to go downtown for dinner and a walk in the pedestrian zone. Staff as always very friendly, good taxi service to the center. Very good breakfast.

The only downside is the crowded breakfast room, so I recommend going either early or near to 10 o'clock (we have been there around 8:30 and until 9:15 it was full; due to the crowd one might sometimes wait for ones favorite food, in which case, at least, it comes super fresh).

We booked this hotel at the last minute as ee couldn't reach out original hotel in the mountains due to the awful N Slovenian flooding. The reception gentlemen was extremely efficient and booked us in straight away. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was good.

The hotel became full very quickly and there was only one member of staff on duty so he was rushed off his feet. Also, as the weather was so awful, a lot of people stayed in for dinner. It may have been that other staff couldn't get in to work, but there should definitely be more than 1 person on duty under normal circumstances. Menu was pizza, bruschetta or toasties! But in normal circumstances I'm sure most people would have gone into Ljubljana for dinner!

The hotel has it's own large parking, this is a big plus, since most hotels in the area don't have parking at all. We had a large apartment, with two rooms, each room with a comfortable bed. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like it when we had to ask for bathroom items. I expect the cleaning staff to check and refill if something is missing.

We were there 6 nights and our room was cleaned only twice. When we came a few things in our room didn't work, but everything was fixed pretty fast. Our room was in the building next to the main hotel, which is not comfortable when it's rainy. The soundproof is not the best. You can hear your neighbors.

The hotel had plenty of parking and was really pleasant. It was clean and freshly decorated. The breakfast was really good with a variety of food on offer, including hot food. The rooms where spacious and really nice. My daughter brought her dog and the dog was allowed in the bar area so she could have her breakfast inside. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is about a half hour walk from the city centre but the hotel has an agreement with a local taxi firm and it costs 4 euros for a ride into town, irregardless of who is in the car. We walked but it is inexpensive to take a taxi. There is also a bike hire scheme at the hotel. Ljubljana is very bike friendly and has bike paths from the hotel to everywhere. These are allocated on the pavements

The hotel offers rooms with 3 beds that are designed to be with 3 beds with a lot of thought into the comfort of the guests, not just putting an extra bed in some corner to squeeze some more money out of the space, which is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful terrace as part of their restaurant and a private parking. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. The staff is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a room with 3 beds.

This hotel is situated in th near of the motorway-circle around Ljubljana. For me ideal, as I had to make vists in the city as well as in some other towns in the country. Very friendly staff and check-in/check out. Plenty of parking possibilities. My room was very clean, spacy, equipped with all necessary things and calm (except for the heavy rainfalls during my stay ;-)). WIFI top. Once being again in Ljubljana I will choose this hotel again.

The only flaw is, that in the vicinity of the hotel is nothing, no nearby restaurants e.g.

location is at suburbs of the city, on the bank of creek, at quiet quartal. tasty breakfast, free parking

basic hotel, too expensive for such a trivial things, any extra service is for extra cost, not included in hotel service (i.e. laundry) and declaration of 4 stars. there is a three cellular antenas on the roof, that nothing had been said about it in booking.
