We spent two nights at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room clean and comfortable. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great with fantastic views. We took advantage of the buy 2 get one free cocktails and had dinner both nights by the pool. Breakfast is held at the rooftop and quite good. It is within walking distance to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, the riverfront is close by.

It was quite noisy at night with the markets below partying well into the night but they were having a good time!

Nice hotel with a perfect location in the city center. Personal was very kind and helpful, always smiling and bowing when somebody entered to the hotel. Room was comfortable however arrangement of the bathroom was really weird and making the room humid. Breakfast was delicious with many option of food however I missed tea selection and yoghurt.

Although I evaluate this hotel very positively for hotel of such price I would expect more, e.g. free laundry service (hotel provide it extremely expensive), free airport transport...

The staff were incredibly nice and friendly! The hotel’s location is almost central, making it convenient. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and clean. I wish i had time to visit the pool and the sky bar..

The hotel is located right at the start of the local street market, so when we opened the window, we were greeted by some unpleasant smells. In the evening, when we went out for dinner, we noticed that almost the entire neighborhood was overrun with prostitutes, though the immediate street where the hotel is situated was fine.

the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to the riverfront with plenty of bars and places to eat. Also plenty of tuk tuks out the front if you want to go anywhere. Breakfast had a good variety of foods including an egg station, pastries and a coffee machine

There were only about 4 sunbeds around the pool but his didn't bother us as we were out most of the time.

The breakfast is adequate and does its purpose: continental breakfast and a soup noodle station. They have these mini croissants that are somehow the star of it all. I admit I took a few with me on my walk in the morning. There's a wet market nearby. Might be bothersome to others but not me. The hotel staff is friendly and speaks English well. I wished I hung out more on the rooftop bar/restaurant & got to chat with the staff. A wonderful pool and deck with a view; the food is okay if you are short on time. Family with kids also stay here so be aware of running screaming cretins (lol). Wifi is a bit spotty in some corners of the hotel. If you have a tv habit like me the channels are not much to talk about.

Weird creepy foreigners around the hotels. I can tell they are there for sex tourism but maybe they were there when we showed up during the war & fell in love with the city. Who knows.

I spent two weeks at this hotel, and it was an ideal holiday. The swimming pool was like a dream, with great river views and a central location. The hotel is greatly maintained, and the rooms are new with a very appealing design. The daily cleaning was flawless. I particularly enjoyed the bar on the terrace. The staff were both friendly and professional, and the hotel looked even better in person than in the photos. The value for money here is unbeatable.

I really liked everything

This property is beside a public market so the surroundings scared me a bit, but the hotel itself is pretty decent. I expected less because this is a cheap place to stay considering that it's right in the city center, but the room surprisingly is great, well-thought of design, huge TV is working, wifi is strong (I was able to work well, even held zoom classes without glitch), decent food selection for breakfast. The gym was also great and it's overlooking the city. The roofdeck is amazing.

The architecture itself is a bit old and twice I saw a tiny roach inside my room. Other than that, it was good.

The staff are so great here, the absolute standout, so friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy, breakfast was also great, plenty of nice options. Loved the rooftop bar, pool and restaurant, and a great meeting place before a night out on the town, can't wait to come back.

The hotel is quite noisy, particularly on the balcony side, all day and even at night, a great idea would be to consider sound proofing the glass doors and the hotel room door as noise travels freely through the hotel
