Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of nice amenities, and the location was perfect.

Maid service could be seen in the halls, but seemed virtually non-existent. My family stayed in 3 different rooms and none of us received the "light touch service " that's advertised. My 80 year old mother asked for towels from the maid service in the hall and was asked for her room number. The maid then informed her that she didn't service that room, 3 doors down, and couldn't give her towels. We all had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels. The trash wasn't taken out during the entire stay. When I asked about it a staff member told me they were short staffed since the holiday. This was the only disappointing part of the stay.

Facility was clean and off the main path from noise. Good location from Disney and Ferry Terminals at Long Beach. Also close to Freeways.

The elevator and layout in the building isn't optimal from a baggage standpoint. The heating/cooling system would have worked better if it was integrated into the wall electronic thermostat, it would also save energy instead of constantly having to adjust fan speed and temp. A remote thermostat is always much more efficient because it measures the correct air temp away from the unit instead of near the unit.

Excellent location. It was in a lovely neighborhood and wasn't too far from Disneyland. The social evenings, between Monday and Wednesday evenings, were a surprise. Light supper, dessert, and family entertainment at no extra cost were a welcome surprise.

We had to pay for parking, as well as the laundry facilities. Breakfast was generally good; however, facilities to cope with the crowd were lacking. Fill-ups took long, and tables weren't sufficient. Breakfast options were also limited, almost the same every day.

The hotel is decent. Our room was spacious, with a kitchenette and basic cookware. The staff were pleasant, and the game room was a great addition during our stay over Christmas.

There was plenty of parking, though the price was somewhat steep at $20 per night.

It was very clean and smelled great! The gym was equipped with a nice assortment of equipment and a water bottle refill station which was really nice. The pool was clean and towels were available poolside. The staff were all friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I loved having a kitchen in the room with a full size fridge.

My only suggestion would be for the lighting around the vanity to be brighter.

$20 daily parking fee is ridiculous. Never had to pay for parking at a non-downtown hotel before! Breakfast food can be improved…Stayed for 8 nights and bacon was only served once. Also, the eggs were the same fake scrambled daily which was gross. Cheese Omelettes would be a good on alternate days at least. The biscuit ‘n gravy was horrible. Also, hot and cold water should be available in lobby at all times.

Loved the complimentary breakfast selection. Great pool and outdoor area.

My journey from Australia was 20 hours and I arrived to the US with an 18 hour time difference. I arrived to the hotel early - when a room became available (several hours ahead of the check-in time) I was informed I could go to the room if I paid an early check-in fee of $45. I explained I was utterly exhausted from the trip, and asked if I could just go to the room. But the reply was that I had to pay the fee. So I sat in the lounge for another 2 or so hours waiting for the clock to strike the official check-in time. I was with you for 4 nights and a simple gesture on arrival would have been welcomed and sincerely appreciated.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfy. The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is nice as well.

The smell as you exited the elevator on the 4th floor was terrible. Thankfully it didn't make it into the room. The bathroom is awkward. The door only opens so far. You almost have to step into the tub to close the door.

The complimentary breakfast saved us a ton with a family of 5. The location was excellent and within a short drive to major stores and dining. It got us away from the hustle and bustle of LA and was only 45 min from LAX. The basketball court gave us time to get the kids away from their devices too.

Location is great, close to freeway, easy access to SNA. Pool, outside area appear well maintained. All the staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

AC in the room was a wall unit that was a bit loud. Breakfast was saved by the waffle maker, otherwise, not a lot of great options.
