We arrived 3,5 hours before check-in time, just to ask if we could leave our luggage and come back later, because we had to attend a wedding and probably wouldn't be able to come back before midnight. It was no problem, they checked us in early, stored our luggage and pointed us to the free coffee/tea/water thingy. When we just had our coffee and made a plan for the day, they already came to us with a key, saying the room was ready! We were there just for ten minutes and waaaay too early! Last day when we checked out I asked if they could call us a taxi and it was there under five minutes. Service, room (entire building actually), breakfast, location: excellent! :)

We liked everything about this hotel. It is exceptionally well managed, and every single member of staff was friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. Lovely touches such as complimentary tea, coffee etc and fresh pastries available in the lobby at all times, along with filtered water and ice. The rooms were not huge, but very comfortable and well designed, the bathrooms were smart, modern and spotless. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout, and the guest lounge has a lovely ambience and is a genuinely comfortable place to sit and chat, read, or work. We will definitely be back!

There was nothing not to like.

The Pembroke Townhouse has become our go to when staying in Dublin. The rooms are lovely, there's a good atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are friendly and a big bonus for us is the on site parking. We plan to stay here again and again.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking hours before checking in and hours after. The location is nice, you can easily and quickly walk to the center and you have coffee places, restaurants and parks less than 10 minutes away. The room was cosy, with a king sized bed and comfortable bedding. Although you can pay for breakfast at the hotel, it also offers free coffee, water and pastries in its lobby, at any time of day.

The view on the parking lot (which included the hotel's bins) and the private houses next to it (which also had a view on our room) was not ideal.

Location to Aviva stadium where we were attending a football match was ideal,When checking in we were informed that the lift was out of order and with children it wasn't ideal.The next morning the receptionist kindly offered to give all our party 5 adults and 2 children a complimentary breakfast for each of us,this was a kind gesture and unexpected.The receptionists and duty manager also helped with tools and a pump to inflate the childrens pram which had a flat tyre.The rooms were a good size and comfortable and the never ending complimentary tea, coffee and pastries located in the resting room beside reception was a nice touch. I would certainly book this lovely guesthouse again and highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff at the Pembroke were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone of them had a smile on their face and a 'good morning' or a 'good evening' which is rare these days. The breakfast staff tended to our every need ensuring we had enough hot beverages and toast alongside the breakfast menu which was plentiful and delicious. Pembroke also offered a variety of coffees, teas and fresh pastries all day which was a very welcome touch after a very busy day in the centre of town.

Unfortunately the lift was out of action for the duration of our stay which was a little difficult as my husband has mobility issues and we had apparently been issued a 'beautiful room' on their 5th floor but saying that when we checked in, we were immediately given an alternative room on the ground floor. It was on the small side as we had booked a superior bedroom but we were happy to take it. The staff on reception at the time couldn't apologise enough but we completely understood. It didn't spoil our stay at this beautiful town house.

The property had so much character from the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly and so happy to help with anything you needed. The property is a short walk from the bus stop and a 30 minute walk from the centre. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. There were some lovely free amenities like freshly bake croissants, filtered water, tea and Nespresso coffee available all day. Breakfast was delicious and so reasonably priced. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. We even had an upstairs relax area with a sofa. All in all I would hugely recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I arrived earlier than the check-in hour, giving a heads up that I might pass by and leave my affairs. Not only was I able to check in earlier and take a much needed nap, pastries, water, coffee, and tea are there at your discretion if you need to wait. The lobby is beautifully decorated and gives a very warm feeling. The room is amazing and clean with different types of lighting, so I didn't really have to use the big light. 😌 The bathroom is lovely decorated and practical, very clean and water pressure and temperature is perfect. The breakfast is great, and you get to have a pot of coffee at your disposal, which I'm always more than grateful for. On my last day, I had to leave early for a 6am flight. However, the lovely staff made sure i could still take some granola yoghurt and a pastry with me on the way to the airport. I am grateful for the staff's attention to detail and desire to help out.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times over the past 30 years and has now had a refit to create more rooms and a bigger reception area. It is very nicely furnished and they are very generous with hoymt drinks and pastries in reception. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The car park is free and really convenient.

Not so much didn't like but would help to have a decorative screen or suchlike in the family rooms to provide a little privacy for the single bed. There was plenty of room to do this. Other than that I thought it was great 👍
