So we actually ended up having to switch rooms due to unforeseen circumstances but the room was still lovely and the staff were really thankful we could move rooms to accommodate other guests. Facilities in the room excellent. Oven and big fridge. Air con was good too.

There were some very annoying noises during the night which I think may have been the Aircon but then even when I turned the air con off I could still hear it. Luckily I had earplugs with me because I wouldnt have slept otherwise

Spotless, large studio. Good kitchen facilities. Nice linen. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. Very minor issue with the hot plate tripping the electrics because of faulty adaptor, but this was rectified immediately by reception team who were very friendly and efficient. Room included Netflix and youtube on the smart TV. Reception offers complimentary tea/coffee or arrival or in the morning. You also have these facilities in your rooms along with complimentary water. I thought this was a very nice touch.

Parking is €12 per night which is pricey but understandable as it’s limited and on street parking in area is lacking. I’d recommend booking parking in advance. I was lucky to secure the last spot so late in the afternoon.

Our apartment was very comfortable, equipped, clean and bright. The entire facility is very well maintained, with friendly staff. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Prices in Dublin are significantly higher than in other European capitals we visited. Compared to the prices of apartments in the city center, this one is affordable, especially because it is spacious and very comfortable. But generally speaking, the price is high. The facility is quite far from the city center, but convenient public transportation is available. The bus station is very close to the hotel, but the buses are not frequent, so you should check the timetable before departure.

The room was great for my family of four, finished to an excellent standard, lovely skylight windows with blackout blinds, bathroom/shower was very good and the kitchen facilities were very helpful to have including coffee machine. In terms of location it was very handy for driving to city centre (sub 10 minutes) or surrounding areas and also on a bus route. Local shop and pub/restaurants also available.

Car park was fully booked for my first night (so make sure you book in advance) and although there was on street parking available it was a pay and display zone from 7am to midnight with a max stay of three hours so involved a bit of juggling. Thankfully was able to get booked into the car park the remainder of our stay and that was good. Don't let this put you off, just a warning to pre-book the car park.

Bed was really comfy and hotel was located in a good location with lots of restaurants and pubs close by. The bus stop and train station were all within close walking distance too

We requested 2 single beds which we were told had been added to our booking, but we were only given a queen size bed. The room was like a loft which meant as a tall person I had to avoid walking in certain parts of the room that were really low. The bathroom door was frosted glass and key so much light in in the mornings, which made it hard to sleep.

no parking, no pre notice although receptionist told me it's on theiir website, never been an issue in the past, very disappointing, first come first gets space ? parking for 2 nights from 6pm to 3rd morning at 10 am cost me 72 euros. I suggested that they check all local pricing and provide best options to their customers. I have been a regular visitor for 6 years now and this I have to day was very disappointing. ,anyways I'm hoping my feedback will be heard.

Very large room, an apartment with fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), which I did not use :) Very clean, well maintained. The location was exactly where I needed to stay due to my business. It's calm, but relatively remote to the city centre. Number of restaurants 5min. walk away. I forgot the adapter for Irish electricity sockets, but they borrowed me one at the reception.

It takes about a half an hour to reach the centre either by bus or by taxi due to enormous traffic in the city (due to high number of bus lines and number of low capacity roads). Usually walking around is not much slower :)

Great hotel on the outskirts of Dublin. Rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a weekend stay or longer. Location suited our agenda perfectly. Dublin is an expensive city in general, however can't knock the value for money. Would definitely stay again

You are a bit of a distance away from the city centre - if you are going to an event at the Aviva Stadium or RDS then this would be perfect, howevr you will end up having to get public transport or taxi into the heart of the city.

The room was clean, furniture were new and room was quite big. It’s true that we got a free upgrade at the reception, so probably we got one of the biggest room. Location is perfect as it’s in one of the safest and nicest area of Dublin. However if you are a tourist the walking distance is quite long.

Price is quite high, however this is not specifically for this host. Unfortunately it’s the market who set the price, and Dublin is overpriced for everything (accomodations included). Actually for this price you mostly find accommodation not as good as this one. So for the “Dublin context” the price is acceptable.

Very clean and good quality fittings. You could get fresh milk near the reception and there was a small fridge in the room. Very comfy bed and quiet at night. Shampoo and bodywash provided and again high quality; smelt lovely.

We asked about parking and were told there was none and info given about parking on the streets overnight was not accurate. In the morning, I counted 8 cars parked outside! Room was warm, corridors very warm. A fan was provided but I can't sleep with a fan on. ( opened winow wide!)
