Decor and facilities all very nice, I particularly liked the lounge area.

Check in process was a little tense as we did not receive the codes until a couple of hours before check in. I had to help another guest who was experiencing problems as she was not able to access the codes on her phone. The free parking is very welcome but it would be good if some sort of booking process could be used to make sure of it, rather than offering it on first come first served basis - I paid 55 Euros for a nearby carpark and would have been willing to pay similar to park outside the hotel if I could have been sure of getting a space.

Loved EVERYTHING!!! Not only was the room super comfortable and clean, the location was amazing! About 30 minutes walk from Dublin city centre, so close enough to go out and far away enough to explore other parts of the city. Down the road from the townhouse you'll find Aviva Stadium, home of Irish Rugby, down another road you'll find fantastic restaurants and walks and a park with an excellent food market on Sunday's and down a side road you'll find the filming location for Kin. This is a great find and totally worth the cost.

That I didn't get to meet any staff. Would be nice to meet someone to have a personal touch to the visit; especially as a solo traveller.

Both rooms were almost identical. Only one had a four poster bed. Mattresses was amazing for comfortable sleep. Both rooms had Georgian period and well-maintained spacious furniture, high windows and a well-supplied coffee/tea corner and a modern flat TV screen. The sitting room / drawing room was welcoming with a nicely decorated Christmas tree and many books were available for reading including the Bible.

Beautiful aromatic toiletries in the bathroom. Water faucets were a bit different to use. Front door was fine with digital code, but accessing our rooms with digital code took few tries - we had to follow patiently booking.com's instructions. Phone line was available for staff's assistance. Nothing to complain otherwise.

Very efficient self check in process with all the codes sent to you before arrival. The room was comfortable with nice coffee options, comfortable bed, lovely shower and clean. Soap and shampoo were provided. The lounging area for guests was lovely with loads of books and smart, clean furnishing. I accidentally left my ring on the basin and only realized it once out of the country and the reception team and house keeping were so helpful in helping find it. It is now on it's way back to me in South Africa. I highly recommend this place for all the above. It's a good walk to city center but there are plenty of bus routes in the area.

Booking.com sent us 3 codes to gain access to the house and to digitally open the two rooms we had booked and paid for; the price was excellent for the night! The Georgian manor house is located in a very pleasant and affluent area of Dublin, namely Landsdowne Road which is very peaceful and almost idyllic.

The bathrooms was meticulously set up with everything of very good quality. The only problem my son had was to fiddle with the not so modern water faucets of the shower unit to keep the hot water flowing constantly whilst having a shower.

I like everything: a bed was clean, ironed and comfortable. Facility was a good quality and clean. A very good set for coffee break: a kettle, a coffee machine, a few packs of tea coffee, bottles of water. In my room were 4 windows: 2 in a bedroom, 1 in a corridor and 1 in a toilet. Although, my room was in a ground floor, there was any smell of the mold. I like this vintage style: furniture, curtains, mirrors, etc. Definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location was great. Busstation was nearby. The personel was nice and the rooms were quite clean. Really liked the vibe of our room and the common rooms. It was all so cozy!

The personel who showed us how to open our room with the password has said our password out loud in the hallway while doing so. In this case it wasn't a problem because we didn't have important things but it still was not a good feeling. The closet was full of things too that we couldn't really use them to store our big bags.

Location was amazing as we were going to concert in Aviva. The self check in was super easy and actually ready before we expected it to be. The housekeeper was very helpful re towels getting the door organised as we are tech probs and couldn't figure out the heat sensor . Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

I thought that parts of the room were very tired the carpet was old and a bit untidy and had iron burn. There was leak mark in ceiling and the room was a little stale when we arrived but it was warm day we opened windows a.d that dine the trick .

Room was cozy & we were provided 2 heaters as well. Check-in & Check-out was pretty smooth. Staff was very supportive as they guided us for the Hop-on Hop-off bus tour we should take.

Everything was great. One thing that could be improved is their taps for the sink. They have separate taps for cold & hot water which makes it very hard to wash your hands or face with a warm water instead of cold or extremely hot water separately. They should have a singly tap with option to adjust the cold & hot water.

Amazing location. Close to the stadium as we needed somewhere we could walk back to after a late night concert. Quaint furnishings. Great coffee machine in the room. Have easy access to most places centrally. Neighbourhood is upmarket and safe.

No daily clean service unless you request it beforehand. Despite requesting it for one of the days while I was there, it unfortunately was not done. No check in staff or any staff seen during our stay but I think this is the way it’s run.
