I came here alone stayed in my room most of the time. I didn't have people over. I didn't play loud music. I didn't turn the TV up. I don't understand What grounds they based my noise. The management brought it to my attention, and I was fully aware of the quiet policy after they brought to my attention. I asked them what particular noise was I making. If you're gonna tell someone to keep it down and they ask you what seems to be the problem. You should have an answer remedy situation that I may not even realize has occurred

Once we had the correct key code, it was easy, but the code in my booking.com email was incorrect and I had to ring customer services, which was stressful as was not answered swiftly. After transatlantic flight, car rental pick up, journey to apartment, I feel the Jasmine should send the code, via whatever electronic format and the customer confirm receipt on day of arrival. Thereafter, everything was great, great room, spacious, great TV & viewing facilities in living space and bedroom, great parking. Good access to Olas Boulevard (main F.Lauderdale area).

Noise can be a problem from other apartments, walls are quite thin. Shower and bath not the best. Plug or bowl for kitchen in apartment 7 is needed, mandatory, otherwise u can't wash dishes properly.

Was told that the $100 cleaning fee would be returned to me. Still hopeful.

checked out between 11a.m. and 4p.m. under the belief our family was going to be switching rooms. Will no knowledge that I we would be returning to the same room, with delayed access, we returned to the untouched unit we had left earlier that morning. With a different door code and not cleaned.

It was comfortable by size but the bed wasn’t comfortable overall everything else was wonderful specially the people who works there. Everybody was nice and friendly and very helpful all my questions and requests were answered very fast. Thank you

The bed and the bathtub

The location offered beautiful interior and a great location close to many things. The hosts were very communicative and available for questions 24/7. Instructions for the check in and check out process were very clear!

I liked the yard. All the apartments on the first floor have it and it is great. Also, I liked that the apartment is big enough.

I didn’t like the bathtub because the bathtub drain was stacked full with hair and the water didn’t run out.

Location, tropical pool area , roomy apartments.

I suggest a few straight back chairs for pool are for those of us that need back support and don’t use the loungers.

The size and the layout of the apartment and the location.

That people from other apartments coming over to our pool to swim and making loud noises to where some our tenants came out to complain.

Great customer service on the phone and Alex did help me with check in. Easy access thanks to him and the lady was trying hard to help me on the phone phone. Great facilities.

Neighbors were a little noise but stops after 11pm. Load music and TV plus people been ride and loud after 10pm. Not super loud place but not quite
