Everything was very clean and there was a nice patio. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel to others when you go to Düsseldorf!

Could not fault this at all, it really feels like a home from home the room sizes are fabulous and the underfloor heating such a dream it is so efficient that we had it down at the lowest a lot of the time. The staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble at all and always loved to have a chat and see what we were doing and if they could help in any way. The location very central and lots of public transport links close by and the old town easy to reach on foot. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Dusseldorf. It is a hidden gem!!

The suite-room was very comfortable with excellent bed. Extra bed was provided for my son and they did not charge for it. Bathroom is very comfortable and well-stocked. The small kitchen is very convenient to cook and extra pots-pans are provided. Floor heating facility of the room is so good and makes it very comfortable during winter. Location of the hotel is excellent with restaurants, bus-stops, tram-stops close by. It is walking distance from Konigsallee, the main shopping street. Reception staff were very helpful and co-operative. They looked after every need and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Parking is available on the street in front of the hotel or in the Parkhaus close by (2mins walk from the hotel). The hotel is very cosy and has all facilities (like lift) for a comfortable stay. We are Very satisfied and will definitely highly recommend the hotel. It is value for money.

The staff was amazing, both were so nice and helpful! My flight was delayed, so I arrived quite late, but despite the situation, the staff did everything possible to make the check-in smooth and fast. Throughout my stay, they remained very responsive and friendly. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the balcony was lovely. Overall, I had a really great experience and highly recommend this place, especially during this time.

I was very pleased with the position of this hotel, which is very close to the center, there are many Italian restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes' walk to the subway (bahn), it is very clean, I had a very intimate and beautiful balcony, I I slept well, there is no noise in the area, the rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped (maybe a toaster would also be good), the bathroom is large and has underfloor heating, I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to Dusseldorf.

It was very spacious. Loved that you have 2 balconies, with one where you can relax. It’s close to the centre, so that is very nice. You also have a lot of options on the TV like Netflix, Disney, YouTube. Overall a very pleasant and good stay, in this nice and spacious apartment.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a lot of dirty stuff in the sink (used packages, food rests). Also under the couch there were used socks and some random packaging. They said there’d be a minibar, but that was empty.

Great location in a quiet street. 20 min walk to the train station. Parking just around the corner at 22 euro per day. Accommodation was immaculate very modern and well appointed. A spacious, airy one bedroom apartment with sitting and eating area. Bathroom was gorgeous with walk in shower. Very comfortable bed and nice bed linen. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and plates, cups, bowls, glasses and cutlery for two people. Pleasant balcony overlooking courtyard.

Bedroom only had one bedside light.

Nice property, very close to city centre. Shops, restaurants and public transport in surroundings. Possibility have parking 2 minutes walking distance, daily rate 20 EUR. Kitchen utensils are basic, on request you can have what you need, stuff is very friedly and try to do the best. I apreciated the caffee machine with some capsules for coffee.

We didn't have breakfast since we had booked an apartment. The facilities in the kitchen were great and we were able to make breakfast very easily. The apartment was great - really nice size - large comfortable bed - lovely clean bathroom and all the provisions necessary in the kitchen. The balcony is a great and unexpected addition.

There was nothing at all to dislike.

1. Spotless clean - I asked the staff, he told me I was the first client, everything looks brand new and in good condition. 2. Good and modern facility - giant mirror, modern kitchen, not too soft neither too hard mattress, my room has even floor heating system, walk on floor was super comfortable. 3. Easy parking and good location - 17 euro parking per day in downtown Dusseldorf, which was a very good price.) 4. Friendly staff - the staff saw I brought my 2 yrs old daughter, he immediately brought a small bed for her. MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the staff there
