Breakfast was good. Staff were great! especially front desk. Rooms and shower were great. It's a very good location and hotel for an overnight stay, but it would be difficult to have a family group or business group there, but it probably wasn't designed for that.

Didn't like the charges for parking (that's new since HI days). Downstairs bar was somewhat limited. Bar couches were quite uncomfortable.

The Hotel has a very convenient location for us when we visit Austin. There is always adequate parking. The rooms are super clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provided an in room safe for belongings. There were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. We will certainly stay here again when we visit relatives.

The WiFi disconnected all the time. It did not reconnect automatically. The coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. A Microwave has always been available upon request but this time the receptionist at the front desk said it was no longer an option. We stayed for 5 nights. We were not offered their signature cookies when we checked in this time. There was a small coffee maker in the room that we chose not to use.

Room was nice and the facility was quite posh. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location.

Was surprised that parking and breakfast were extra given the higher room rates. Our windows opened to the atrium and the bar area there was loud at night.

The parking, and being charged for parking. When I booked that was not mentioned so the price was more than I was expecting. Also, charged extra for breakfast. Also, no extra coffee was given for the second day, and my husband had to go downstairs to get coffee.

Maintenance was very prompt to repair the a/c that wasn't cooling.

Was not notified that the on-site restaurant was only open on Wednesday and Thursday. The TV had a mix of digital and analog channels. The analog was to blurry to watch. Had to scroll through all channels "very slowly" to find anything to watch.

This is convenient location for us, just depends on where you need to be. It has been updated since Hilton took over.

It should be understood that this hotel is at a big busy intersection and rooms facing traffic are noisy all day and night. Since it became Hilton, prices went up significantly.

This was a very quiet, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our conversations with Erica, the bar person, who also provided directions to certain restaurants in the area.

The name of the property is deceiving as it is not at the Arboretum. It is close by, but in a place difficult to access if you are not familiar with the area.

It’s very quiet for a location so close to the Highway…the staff are friendly and the restaurant serves very well when we are working thru lunch

Starting from when I arrived, the cookies for each of us was awesome! It's a little thing but a nice touch all the same. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beyond expectations since I'm used to cheap motels and basic continental breakfast. I wish we would've had more time to enjoy it.

Having a refrigerator would have been nice. The toilet in my bathroom kept running which changed water pressure and temperature in the shower constantly. And while I liked the view of looking down into the hotel, talking from the bar carried up to my 3rd floor room which was a little distracting but nothing I couldn't tune out once I realized what it was.

We have stayed there many times. Food was good, help was wonderful. The only thing that was not perfect was the AC in our room. But it wasn't so bad that we complained. All good, want to go again.
