The position - in the old town but only 100 meters to the beach. We had a balcony with a sea view (top floor) that was just magic. Great all around and lives up to its reviews.

Only gripe would be the old school TV ( I know, why would you be watching TV) - no option - as we’ve found in even budget places - to get English audio. Minor gripe but sometimes it’s nice to be able to veg out…..

Being in the old town you cannot park close, but the instructions for their dedicated parking lot a quick walk away was easy to follow. Using WhatsApp to request the gate to be opened was easy. I chose not to drive to the hotel to drop my bags off because it is a fairly flat walk with only a short amount of cobble stones to navigate (my bag is only small and only about 10kg so not to much of an issue on cobbles). All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady who manages breakfast and cleans the rooms, was absolutely lovely. She couldn’t do enough to help me. Very close and easy walking to all restaurants, the water, the cathedral etc.

The staff were fantastic, the location was central, the hotel was gorgeous with a very comfy bed. It was exceptionally clean. The coffee was great, a good choice of breakfast items. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Great size bathroom for Italy with a good size shower.

The lift is so slow, you're quicker walking up the stairs although if you have mobility issues it's great to have the lift. Needs more storage, our cases had to be stored beside the bed, no drawers for your clothes but there was hanging space with a shelf.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel in the heart of Cefalu. Quiet yet you step out of the hotel into the hive of activity and shops. Moments to the beach. The staff were so friendly and lovely and always so helpful with suggesting and booking dinner reservations. The room was modern and spacious with a glimpse of the water and a balcony to people watch. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Close to the station (8 min walk which we did easily with luggage). Try visit Spagglia Caldura which is about a 20 min walk away from the old town past the port (access via a staircase just near the parking lot of the hotels there around Via Cavallaro) - gorgeous spot.

Location , location , location . Staff excellent go out of their way to accommodate any requests plus offer map of area and suggestions for local restaurants . Our room sea view amazing loved the ceiling . Bed very comfortable, good lighting , great water pressure in shower . Kettle & large cups in room just what we needed for a cuppa . Breakfast caters for all with a good range of products . Room for luggage on a shelf in wardrobe . A real little gem that I would recommend to any one staying in Cephalu , they even provide parking if u require it .

Nothing just superb

We stayed here for just one night in the top floor room which has a balcony with an amazing view of the sea and also the below shopping street. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the room. We had a very good sleep here, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The air conditioning worked very well. The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was modern with a shower that had good water pressure. There is a small lift to take luggage up to your room, and there are also stairs. The breakfast was simple but satisfying and was available from 8am. The staff at reception were very friendly, kind and helpful. They gave us a map of the town. We enjoyed staying here in this town. Great value!

Nothing, it was perfect. We appreciated the luggage storage also.

Breakfast wasn’t great, just OK - we didn’t bother on our second day as hotel is 2 minutes from the main Duomo square which serves wonderful coffee, panini & pastries, with sunshine and a beautiful view of the Church and lots of people watching! No little extras provided in room, like water or tissues (just a blackout mask 😳) But nothing that would put us off coming back, we’d be there in a heartbeat.

What a delightful place! Right in the car-free heart of Cefalu this hotel really makes you feel like you’re a local! I drove here from the airport at Palermo and the directions to the (free) car park given to me by the hotel via WhatsApp were excellent. Once I’d parked it was a short walk to the hotel. Everything was scrupulously clean, even by Italian standards, and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was great in the morning. The staff were great too. I was welcomed warmly on arrival and Alessia was lovely when I came to check out. I hope to be back!

Tiny complaints really - the soundproofing means conversations in the lobby and on the stairs are readily audible; and the towels were TINY. Or maybe I’m too big!! Nothing to detract from a superb overall experience though.

A lovely hotel in Cefalu. The room was a good size and had a nice balcony to sit out on. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the secure private free parking was a real bonus in such a busy town. While the lift wasn't overly fast, it worked well and got us between the ground floor to the 4th floor in a calmly way. The staff were lovely. We would recommend 0ssuna Bay Boutique Hotel to anyone wanting to visit Cefalu

Everything! We had a room on the top floor with amazing views of the sea. Sara and Elisia at reception were both informative and very helpful with local recommendations and information. Breakfast provides loads of choices and the coffee is really good. A great place to stay, we loved it.

Parking is a little way from the hotel, about a ten minute walk. We established quite quickly that rules don't really apply in Sicily so getting into the carpark was tite given motorbikes parked in every available space including each side of the car park entrance.
