the view was great, the location and how close it was within walking distance to the falls, and clifton hill. The Room was quiet and decent.

Noisy lobby, young children playing on bikes in the parking lot unattended. Crowded area near back entrance to parking lot. Noisy and lack of services in terms of food and amenities.

at check in the tall man sitting off to the side, possibly a manager .. with his phone in hand .. was quite rude.. I thought I had paid as I always do with booking.com and I had not.. I was calm and not rude to the lady I was talking to but he kept interrupting with rude comments .. which was not ok.. then she didn't want to accept my driver's license as it had a sticker on it expired I had the paper with it that said it was in the mail.. I had just not received my renewed copy as my birthday just passed. was not to happy about my check in.. the rest of my stay was fine

Friendly helpful staff The room was acceptable. Cleaner is desirable! We ended up staying and getting a jacuzzi tub room at a good price for the extended stay. Being old and first-timers at the Falls was a treat. Bring warm layers and comfy shoes!

The "free cancelation until" date was not honored. Money was taken 24 hrs early and you never responded to my distress about that. This is a Booking.com comment. Not a reflection on the hotel. Hot tub in pool was broken Wifi is not secure. The room was on the wrong side of the building! The sunrise view and view of the river is on the odd numbers. This side is much more desiresble!

They sell parking to people who are not staying in hotel. this makes it hard for guests to find parking in lot. They should have designated parking for hotel guests only.

Great location, nice size room, good size and comfortable bed. Nice and close to the falls. We required a microwave for dietary reasons, staff were happy to source and supply one.

We were allocated two paper cups per day for coffee or tea in the name of being “green”. Meaning we had to wash and re wash our two paper cups for multiple drinks, it just cheapened the whole experience. Supplying porcelain cups is just as green and no more expensive.

The hotel was very clean and in close distance to attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Chriscia at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating. My husband and I decided to extend our trip and had to change rooms. Chriscia offered out a late check to wait for our new room but also had our new room ready long before check out and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated this as we didn't want to wait from 11am-3pm to our new room. The front desk also assisted us with getting a tour. The tour picks up at the hotel and takes you to attractions in the falls. It was WONDERFUL, George our guide was Magnificent and very knowledgeable about the area.

I liked how they turned the old Comfort Inn building to a more clean and modern building. Cant wait to see the expansion.

The buildings were separate for the other. Plus the parking was not free and should be included with the price of the hotel for better transparency.

the hotel was close to everything. the location was great. we only stayed one night but will come back so we can explore more when it isn’t so cold out. love that there is a balcony.

what was weird about the property was that you checked in in one building then went to another building to get to your room. that was alittle confusing at first but wasn’t too bad. the elevators in tower B are very slow and take forever to open once you reach your floor. I am also terrified of elevators so to be fair maybe that was more on me then then but it did take a long time to get to our room on the 6th floor. we had a view of the parking lot and you can hear the road noise through the door to the balcony. It wasn’t too bad to where it was bothersome but it is a busy street and with nothing on you heard the noise all night.

The pillows were very hard but once we requested for softer pillow they brought them right away.

I’m very disappointed with the decision, obviously made by Wyndham hotels for mixing the migrants dumped into the Niagara Falls area with paying guests. This was the cause of congestion in the hallways, lobby and elevator area. 15-20 minute wait for the elevator is unacceptable. If I was aware of this I would have cancelled my reservation. Our original reservation was in building B but when I checked in they informed me they had to change it because of maintenance. I discovered that was a lie.

Location, staff and very clean

Price is a bit high, but it could be because of the season. The IHop breakfast was extremely expensive for the food they offered and was not good.
