The hotel is in the centre close to Niagara falls and Clifton hill about 10 to 15 minutes by walk. Reasonable price for the area and the room was spacious.

The hotel could really use some renovation as it seems that it is stuck in the 80s,the room wasn't that bad as it looked like some renovation had been done. Although the breakfast is complementary it could be improved by having more options such as bacon,sausages, granola and so on and Instead of plastic cutlery,plates and bowls ceramic plates and stainless steel cutlery would be better.

Well located for Falls and Skylon tower. Also restaurants nearby very good choice. The breakfast was quite good, waffles a always good for me.

Parking charges, I thought that they were a bit expensive as I noticed other nearby hotels had $10 and a few were free. The carpet made it feel quite dated and a broken window in the hall made it feel less secure.

The breakfast was generally good, but the breakfast room is very small, so it may take 10-20 minutes to find a seat. Additionally, there was a long queue to use the pancake machine.

I checked the pool multiple times during my stay, but the water was consistently unclear, making it inconvenient to use.

The bathroom was exceptional, large, updated and clean. The room was neat and had everything we may have needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and before check in, I was able to buy the parking and walk around .

The room was dark and had no view. The eggs and orange juice at breakfast were not edible or drinkable. Nothing was plugged in and the air unit was hard to operate.

I didn’t like that the deposit was $100 I was there in August and it was $50 like I alway pay this time it was $100 it should be told when getting the room that the deposit was more needs to be the add

Location and Staff . The staff was truly amazing, especially the receptionist. She was very welcoming and made a great impression with her kind gestures. It was clear that everyone went above and beyond to accommodate all guests

Parking sucks! The outside rooms should have dedicated parking spots per room. And if the hotel is renting out spots those spots shouldn’t be up front they should be down behind the building

Staff was absolutely incredible, even helped loan me a straight iron when mine broke last minute before a wedding. Our hotel room was ready early as requested. Very impressed with how courteous the staff was and how fast the check-in and checkout process was! Would definitely it let come back again!

Under bed wasn’t cleaned for a while found a sock, dust bunnies and an old napkin from previous hotel guests while ensuring we had all our belongings otherwise hotel room was in great condition!

How close it was to the falls and all shopping etc

The maintenance on the jacuzzi tub I originally booked a room with a tub and it went under maintenance and that was main reason going away to relax in the Jacuzzi .. but other then that it was good

Staff was very nice and accommodating, breakfast offerings were simple but sufficient

Pool was advertised as heated but didn’t meet this claim. The fitness centre was not up to par. More variety in breakfast and the ability to use the breakfast room past 10am (microwave).
