The property had very big rooms. The view was excellent. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The Property is absolutely value for money. We stayed in this property for two days. Thereafter we had two days of booking in a different Property. However, we ended up checking out from the different property and came back to see Pearl as this property is very cost-effective. Neat clean and nice. Thank you to all the staff members at Sea Pearl.

Good things are as follows:- Rooms are good Cleanliness is good Heating system and washroom heating system very good. Elevators are good Restaurant is economical but breakfast buffet is hardly average which needs to be improved.

Reception staff very rude and not accomodating at all. The staff needs to learn language and general coutesy as well

I really liked the cleanliness during my stay at the hotel. Every day the room is cleaned and the sheets are changed quickly. I have been to many hotels, but this is the first time I have seen such a clean hotel. The staff is very friendly. Mainly, Housekeeping manager Mrs. Rubaba was very kind and hospitable. The receptions met all our requests.

Everything was nice cleaning and room The location is also really nice sea view

The only problem was they don't have a kitchen, so if u need anything to heat in the microwave or hot water its not available We have a baby, so it was really difficult to heat baby food

First of the receptionist are very kind and helpful We can communicate very easily to them in English which they talk very fluently, Amil is the guy who assisted us very kindly and pleasant , Hotel is very clean it’s more worth than any hotel in Baku , room are made fully suited and clean ,

Staff was friendly, room was quite clean with sea view, neighborhood was very quiet & calm, decent breakfast. It was very kind of hotel staff to provide our breakfast at 7 am early morning due to our flight we had to catch, although breakfast for Saturday was scheduled for 9 am. Very satisfied.

It is a little far from center, however, you may reach most of places in 5-15 minutes by taxi which will cost as cheap as 1-2 eur.

The staff were extremely helpful. They would go out of the way to help. There is a small swimming pool and sauna free of cost. Massage/hamam available and charged at 50AZN per hour. The rooms were very spacious. Not exactly sea view but good value for price

Slightly on the outskirts of Baku but not a big issue as there is a bus which takes you straight to Icherishehar. One of our rooms bathroom was a bit smelly probably drainage related.

The staff was very nice, welcoming and helping specially Ravan, Shöupi, Amil and Tugay.
