I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Bayil during my trip to Baku, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the friendly and professional staff. ( Specially thanks to the Rustam and Seymur, i hope we will meet again)They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was nothing short of amazing, with a cozy bed, elegant decor, and a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw away from the city's top attractions, shops, and restaurants. This made exploring the area a breeze, and I was never short on things to do. One of the highlights of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast buffet offered every morning. The variety of delicious options was truly impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day! In conclusion, my experience at Sapphire Bayil has set a new standard for hospitality and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're planning to visit Baku, do yourself a favor and book a stay at this incredible establishment. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was excellent, Specially Mr. Kinan, Ms Sauda and Mr Imran were nothing but exceptional, always courteous and extending their support by attending to those small requests which make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and color scheme was pleasant. The food was good

The stay was pleasant, however there is always room for improvement. Like the restaurant could be open for guest for lunch and dinner. Breakfast menu was heavy on sasuges and salami, if someone doesn't like them the remaining choices were limited. Depending on the guest profile on a particular day, some variety could be added to the breakfast menu. some english channels could added to the TV choices.

Staff members are very kind, friendly and supportive. They responded very promptly to our complaint about the lack of cleaning. They quickly provided new towels that hadn’t been replaced and gave shower amenities that were missing. After our complaint about the noise, they politely explained that it would be noisy until 11:00 PM and there was no need to worry.

The mattress clearly had been used for many years. The only way to fix the dent in it was by placing a spare pillow under the mattress. By the way, the pillow smelled strongly of sweat and cigarettes and was not fresh either. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant where loud music plays until late hours.

We checked in at 4 AM due to late flights and the desk person, Abdulali, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. He even gave us his own bus pass with several fares prepaid, when we asked about the busses. Abdulali also promptly changed our room to one with two beds. The hotel is charming, with lovely antique furniture and beautiful chandeliers, and the rooms are large.

Only criticism of hotel is that rooms were not cleaned thoroughly each additional day.

The brakefast was perfect and the location too. In about 10 minutes you get into the city centre by Bolt! A couple of restaurants are in walking distance also the rather unique Steak House Mangal one of the biggest restaurants in Europe! In teh neighbouring park is a very autentic tee house where it is nice to sit and look around. We felt vey much looked after in the hotel.

Nice location, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful, especially Rufat on reception. He went over and above to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible.

There wasn’t a very big selection at breakfast but fine enough. The local beer was a bit overpriced at 10 manats for a bottle. Bar was nice and comfortable though and staff friendly.

My stay at Hotel Sapphire Bayil was absolutely phenomenal, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms, top-notch amenities, and a location that offers breathtaking views.
