This hotel has a few areas that could be improved to make your stay even better. The Wi-Fi can be a bit slow during the day and could use some improvements to make it faster. Additionally, the breakfast staff could do a better job of explaining what's included and what your choices are. One other thing to note is that the reception staff could be more knowledgeable about Baku city. It would be great if they could provide basic information like where to find the tourist office, as this could be helpful for tourists new to the area. Despite these small details, the hotel is still a strategic place to stay.

Very comfortable bed and nice room. Great location, everything was accessable by foot.

The room is near the reception, so you hear everything, when someone is talking or going down the stairs. But I asked if they can be silent, and they did. The breakfast is ok, but too many sweets, I wish it would be a little bit more typical Azerbaijan breakfast.

If You book, then You have to know that they show cost WITHOUT CITY TAX,but they will add it and it is about 10 euros per day !!!

Beautiful quaint room, it was a lovely room with AC and two bottles of water were given each day. Gulnar and David on reception were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was typically Azerbaijani and lovely. The lady chef/cook was friendly. The hotel’s location was perfectly placed in the Old City and a good distance from the melee and the noise, but close enough to walk everywhere. You can not get lost walking through the tiny narrow streets either as the old city is surrounded by walls. Great restaurants and cafés. You should definitely try the Old Garden restaurant. The hotel provided one free transfer from the airport/hotel which was great to have someone waiting upon arrival and it was only a small cost to pay to get back to the airport. A stunning city and a great hotel over all. Baku City Tours provided excellently priced and fabulous day trips. I would definitely return to explore Baku further and if the minor issues of some aspects of the hotel were improved - see below

The bathroom was not cleaned once in four nights, nor was the shower mat changed at all. Nor was the floor of the hotel room. The quilt cover I was originally provided with had cigarette burns all over it, I wouldn’t have seen these if it actually had a quilt cover on. They changed it after I mentioned this, but still no quilt cover was put on it. Bizarre! The young man working on the breakfast floor was smoking in the dining room where the guests eat, although smoking was thankfully not permitted in the hotel.

The reception colleagues were very nice and helpful. Location is excellent, one minute walk to the metro. The paintings in the room were showing the old Azerbaijan. I particularly adore the big painting of Azerbaijani pomegranate tree hanging on the wall right next to the hotel main door. It is fabulous.

Good location. Inside the old city and within walking distance to Nizami street, Baku Boulevard, etc.

The bathroom needs to be cleaned properly. The room itself is in a sad state. Breakfast has the same menu every day.

Excellent location of the hotel in the old city, not far from the fountain square and the boulevard. Nice and clean room, friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a beautiful view of Baku, quite a varied breakfast for different preferences. I can say with confidence that I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip.

This hotel is in the old city which has a magical feel. The rooms are comfy and everything is easy to access. The staff were amazing and made you feel really looked after. I had booked this hotel so we could have breakfast looking at the view of the flame towers, and it is worth it :) The taxi from the airport was free

There was not a twin room even though we had booked one and it said on the bookings.com information there were 2 beds! The bathroom drains were smelly.

Great hotel in the centre of the city. Very clean, cosy and well located (2 min away from Nizami street and walking distance from cool places/activities). The staff was extremely nice, speaking English well and always ready to run the extra mile (airport pickup was on time to welcome us and the hotel staff helped us solve luggage issues with the Airline company who had somehow lost them).
