The swimming pool was super clean all day, the room was perfectly cleaned and the breakfast was really well cooked and yummy all days. This hotel is PURE LUXURY. Best staff ever and the hotel i will go until the day i die when it comes to COACH-ELLA. LOVE TO ALL OF THEM, G.

i liked absolutely everything

A really fun hotel. The colours and vibe in the outdoor area is exactly as you'd expect. Looks amazing in photos and makes everyone at home super jealous of your stay, ha! We stayed during winter time and the pool was much warmer than the air temperature. Our kids were more than happy to spend the whole day in the pool. The rooms were reasonably basic and ours was pretty dark. But it was a two queen bed suite and was really spacious. Which was nice. And you're not staying in Palm Springs to hang out in a hotel room, we were either out and about or by the pool. The on-site restaurant and bar is fantastic. Amazing food and drinks and reasonably priced. There's also a large shopping centre directly across the road in walking distance that has a huge grocery store with everything you could need. And there's also four or five restaurants across the road that were great too. So although you're not in downtown Palm Springs, it's all good.

Let's be honest, it's really just a motel painted super fun & nicely. But if you go into your stay not expecting a five star hotel, you'll be happy. The pool area is amazing, and the vibe of the whole place is really great. I'd stay again.

Huge rooms with tons of space. The pool area was full of life. The hotel had tons of cool art. The food at the restaurant was great. Massive bathrooms with tons of light.

A little outdated, lack of towel racks in the bathroom. Our room had a massive bathroom and only one towel rack.. not great for a group of people. Lack of microwave when there was plenty of space for one. Lack of outlets. If we needed to get dressed outside of the bathroom it was difficult to find a plug for our stuff. Wanted to have a girly movie night and the TVs didn't have screen casting capabilities. There was very clearly vomit residue on the base of the toilet, so it wasn't the cleanest.

Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Had a upgrade to a pool view but all the rooms I believe faced the pool..haha!

Pool area could use some tender loving care. Staff left the pool area the way it was the night before...discarded towels, food, etc. and it wasn't until the morning when someone came around to tidy up the area. Glad I did not reserve a cabana because the service was not there. No one came around to see if you wanted anything to eat or drink, and menus were left all around the pool area. Many hotels offer this, but I guess this is not here. Not a deal breaker for us, but if someone is looking to book this hotel thinking this service is provided, it's not. A good cleaning/power washing around the hotel could be done to really make the hotel shine. It's a great hotel, but so much more potential can be done by management to make this hotel stand out.

would have been nice if the booking initially had allocated appropriate room so we didn’t need to wait and move rooms, nice though that we got early access to a room to change and go down to the pool

We loved the pool and location. Staff were helpful. When we booked we didn’t realise there was an event on the weekend approaching which meant that our views on the last night were complete with scaffolding and the pool relax session was quite loud. So best to check events. The coffee machine was great as was the ice machine. Parking was amazingly convenient. We will definitely be coming back. And will plan things more thoroughly to ensure the pool bar is open and event prep isn’t occurring.

With an event coming priority was that. Perhaps a ‘sorry for the inconvenience drink’ or the likes would have been worthwhile.

The pool bartender and staff were 5 star and even stayed open late because the pool energy was good! We had a great time! Restaurant was really good, food and drinks were sooo good and consistent from pool to restaurant!

The only 1 issue and it wasnt bad was the mini split AC unit on the patio was fairly noisy and woke us up in the early morning. It was a hum like a vaccuum in the next room. At first we thought housekeeping was just up super early next door but then it never stopped and we realized it wasnt a vaccuum. Were able to go back to sleep so it wasnt super bad but had we been able to sleep thru the night I would have given 5 stars

Love all the color pops, it’s bright and cheery. The bar and restaurant are good. Loved the PS Drag Brunch, best part of our stay.

One of the hot tub / spa motors needs new bearings. It was so loud we had to relocate ourselves to the other end of the pool. They sell day passes to their pool, so it fills up fast! Saw several guests having a hard time getting pool chairs. We had to go down at 9 am to get chairs.

I love the property. I love the vibe. It was essentially located to everything. The staff was fantastic. Alejandro did all he could to make sure that the day was comfortable. Stephanie answered all of my questions that I had before arriving. And Randy was very kind and considerate. Overall, the trip was great.

There wasn’t too many things not to like. There was a mechanical error with the door mechanism. But they made up for it. Which I really appreciate it. I would definitely go back.

The beautiful colors are retro vibe are stellar and inviting. The pool is absolutely perfect, it makes you feel like you time traveled to mid century America. Love it, it’s so unique. Also, the staff is lovely! Johnny P is the sweetest and most entertaining waiter on earth and Juan at the front desk was amazing.

Just a little dated, but I love the vibe and vibrancy
