This place is beautiful, new and super clean! Absolutely love the decor, very stylish! It has gorgeous tile in the bathroom shower and in the kitchenette. So much more spacious than a hotel room. The beds were very comfy, we slept great, and I’m very picky about my mattress. The Tv was nice and big too. Also, everyone that worked there was so friendly and nice, even the woman that was cleaning the rooms, super friendly and helpful! We loved this place and will definitely stay here when we come back to Niagara Falls. Also, the location is perfect! You walk only 4 minutes and you are right on the main drag of all the restaurants and fun. You walk a little farther and the Falls are right there! Location is perfect because you are not where the noise is so you can get good sleep. Great new place!

* Hand soap dispenser was empty, as was the shower gel dispenser in the shower cubical. It was not replaced/topped up during our stay.

The location was great. Room we had was nice, clean and fairly comfortable

The room needs another sitting place in the one room loft. One comfortable chair and then table chairs not the best when there are 2 people in the room. The bed could have been better quality as well, a proper hotel mattress would have been nice. Shelf space in the bathroom would have been nice. Parking at $20 a night is a bit much, should be part of the room cost, you have a parking lot.

The rooms were HUGE and very tastefully furnished. The sofabed was comfortable, even the mattress. The king bed was wonderful. Staff was pleasant and helpful with room requests, not very knowledgeable about recommendations for restaurants in the area

The LG Wi-Fi TV was confusing and frustrating to operate. Even though staff did solve the connectivity issue by contacting an IT specialist, that should not have been necessary. WiFi was unreliable. The hotel is still being finished, so maybe when there are decorations/tapestries on the walls, that will help with the sound problem. The guests next door to us were having VERY loud sex around 5pm, and even though I was happy for them, we could hear quite clearly through the walls so it was kind of embarrassing for my teenage daughter.😁

Room size and kitchenette was fabulous. Bedding was comfortable.. great pillows!! A dresser or shelving to store clothing instead of living out of a suitcase would have been nice.

Soundproofing between rooms could be better. We were in room 102 and over the weekend we could hear full conversations from the people staying in Room 101. At times their volume made it seem like we were in the same room with them. Pretty sure it was a bachelorette party and they did not quiet down until about 3:00 a.m., thankfully I had ear plugs but otherwise I would have been very frustrated having to listen to their party all night. The in room coffee pouches really didn't give enough instructions on how much water to use to make a pot of coffee, so it was effectively colored water. Would have preferred a Keurig instead of a traditional coffee maker.

Location perfect! You are about 2 blocks from the main attractions and about a mile from the skylon tower. Tours will pick you up at the lofts. Very cool decorating, industrial but comfy. Kitchen area with coffee and a Mr Coffee, a full size fridge, stove top and microwave. Bed is king and comfy, great shower with soap, conditioner, and lotion in full size pumps.

Make sure you have some type of streaming app on your phone to watch the TV, that’s how you watch it. Housekeeping was not automatically provided, we had to ask for it, and because we were there for 4 nights, it was provided to us,but we had to follow up daily to ask for it, and stop them in the halls to ask for towels etc

This place is a real hidden gem. We visited for the solar eclipse and knew it was going to be a busy weekend. The staff had all the time in the world for us, showing us where to go and the best places to eat, often off the tourist route. The room was spacious and clean. We asked for extra coffee and milk, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was great but the staff were fantastic.

It is difficult to find an area to improve on but given the extra large size of the rooms there could be more space for hanging clothes. I'm nit picking really with that one.

This was my wife and i first time staying here and we both fell in love with this beautiful hotel which is located right in the heart of the city but yet far back enough to not be bother by noise during the night. We had such a stunning suite that was not only spacious but so comfortable from the living room to the separate bedroom. The suites are really sound proof and are super clean including the rest of the hotel. The staff are very professional and welcoming and are there to help you with anything to make your experience even better.

Only thing i wish for maybe is having better access to the coffee machine, maybe having it located in the common room since there is not to much space in the lobby.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cannery Loft! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail in every aspect of the space. The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully curated, the amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. We appreciated all the little touches that made our stay extra special, and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you for a truly amazing experience!

Pressure in the shower was not too strong. Could be nice to have besides the reception coffee amenities and the fruits water for the guests. But in general it’s was an amazing experience!

Clean, quiet, well-ventilated, well-lit, great AC, comfortable beds and sheets, TVs in each room + the living area. Separate rooms and bathrooms was a plus (stayed in a 2-bed, 2 bath suite). It's basically a brand new loft-style condo (ceilings were very high on the 3rd floor). Pleasant staff. Situated just outside the core. The falls and casino are a 10-15 minute walk away, depending on your pace. Not worth driving into the core due to traffic and parking costs. We preferred this as it was quieter at night!

No on-site breakfast options, and parking is an extra $20/night. The surrounding area is not the most aesthetic; we were hoping to see the Victoria Day fireworks from the grounds of the hotel, but it's blocked by other buildings. Might have been visible from other units facing the direction of the falls, but it wouldn't have been a clean view regardless.
