The hotel has a great and friendly staff. It is clean, has a decent gym and indoor pool, perfect to enjoy your stay at Niagara. The breakfast offers eggs, pancakes, sausages, bread, bagels, fruit, hot and cold beverages. In the breakfast, Cabinet, Oksana and Eshipal were very friendly and offered us excellent customer service and attention. We had an issue with our next room's guests and they changed our room without hesitation. It is a excellent option if you're planning to book a well equipped and decent hotel, but you are not planning to stay all day in the hotel, you will be outside enjoying Niagara Falls.

If you are placed in a room with shareable door, you will hear everything from the other room, could be uncomfortable.

All front desk staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Similarly cleaning staff and others we crossed paths with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the towels changed daily. The bed was comfortable. Having the mini fridge and microwave was a bonus. Our friends were directly across the hall which was very convenient. Having a short walk to the WEGO stop was great. Got to stretch our legs a bit but it wasn't a lengthy walk. Since our rooms were ready, we were allowed early check in which was appreciated. We were also allowed to leave our car a few hours after checking out to attend another attraction before heading home. Also much appreciated. It saved us moving the car and paying an additional fee for parking.

We have no complaints. We feel we got exactly what we expected. Great stay at a good price.

I really do appreciated the courtesy received from the time I entered the property...the receptionist, the follow up visit to the room to ensure that we were OK, the hospitality of the kitchen staff and the room service cleaners were all exceptional in providing great service. Additionally, the pool serviceman exchanged kind words of guidance and advice in times when we needed it. My biggest surprise was the quality of the breakfast. It was a full breakfast...enjoyed all of the amenities, clean, healthy, tasty, and amazingly fulfilling.

Almost nothing except that I thought the rooms were carpeted but thar was a minor expectation.

The room was very clean and well appointed-I liked the European feel of the room. Super comfy bed. Was walking distance from the Niagara and Horseshoe Falls as well as casinos and other attractions. The young lady at the check in desk was very friendly. I thought the price was great for being so close to the falls. We were there on a Wednesday so that helped with price I am sure. They also had a decent free breakfast according to my husband.

We didn't like the extra $20 for parking that was added in when we checked in. The lot for the hotel was very small so I imagine they are trying to keep others from parking in the lot. I think it would be better to just include it in the price of the room rather than a surprise at check in. When we booked our room online, nothing was mentioned about an extra fee for parking but I actually was aware as I had read it in others reviews. Also, our room did have a bit of a problem with the shower head-wouldn't totally engage so we had water coming both out of the shower head and the tap. Fortunately plenty of water pressure so it didn't matter!

The property is well maintained. There are no visible damages. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was a nice size. There were 4 or 5 families in it at the same time and I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. They called in the early evening to check in with us to find out our estimated time of arrival. I appreciated this gesture. My girls enjoyed the pancake maker that was at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is about a mile from the falls so we walked to everything, which was really nice.

The front desk area was a little noisy so I had a bit of a hard time hearing the employee. One of the beds came off the frame as soon as we sat down on it. We were able to put it back on and didn't have any problems after that.

The bed was really comfortable, rooms are a bit small, but usually you don't go to Niagara to stay in your room anyway. During the stay was my B-Day and I receive a little basket full of goodies from the front desk that was really nice little attention. Also we did arrive in the morning at the hotel and they got us our room right away as an early check-in really nice too! Staff is amazing always with the smile.

Of course like everywhere else when breakfast is included it gets a bit busy in the area, so you need to go early usually. But nothing else.

Staff members! Everyone was very nice and understanding. Anastasia and other employees were very helpful. The breakfast area was very clean, and people in the room maintained cleanness and refilled the food immediately. Check-in and check out were smooth and easy. There is a vending machine , ice maker lime water , tea, and coffee dispensers in the lobby, which is extremely helpful in cooler days to grab something on the way to go out or into the room. Location !!! It's away enough from main area so you can sleep in peace and yet close to the falls ( you walk in straight line like 15 min), you can see falls on the horizon on the end when getting closer. Gas station and pizza place across the street and little deli on the corner.

Room is clean and the beddings and pillows are comfortable! Parking is at 20cad. The location is good!

Please include tootbrush next time in the room. They also served free breakfast. The staff that time is asking everyone to rate it. It could have been nice if they serve either scrambled or fried eggs instead of a boiled eggs. There’s isn’t much to rate about it, breakfast was okay.

We liked how very accomodating they were. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The location itself was strategic and easy to go by foot everywhere. For the price point, it was still considerably affordable than most places around the area.

There's not much to say except maybe the TV needs to be upgraded to a Smart TV cause we wish we could have connected to Youtube and/or Netflix. But overall, we had a great time staying there.
