The position and the staff kindness are the stronger reasons for using this hotel. The rooms are fine and large, but not always clean as you would expect. There are no mosquito nets at the windows, so you would probably be obliged to keep the window closed and the air-conditioned on (however, the view of rooms vary, in some cases there is no view). Breakfast is simple but fine, it is offered in the room. Probably, if you ask something specific, they would prepare for you.

You cannot pay with a credit card.

The free breakfast was just fine for us, with flatbreads, eggs, cheeses and sliced meat, pickled veggies, halva, and some coffee/teas we were happy. Some guests complained about not having a choice and wanting cappuccinos and croissants...this isn't Europe! If you want those go elsewhere in Zamalek, there are plenty of coffeeshops with pastries within walking distance! The staff, Rec, Nancy, Ezz, and Michael were all always courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Our housekeeper, Nahed, was a gem after we accidentally flooded the bathroom and we came back every single day to fresh towels and clean rooms which was greatly appreciated after long days of exploring Cairo and Giza. We walked every day about 20 mins North for food and there are also cute shops nearby the hotel for anything you need: groceries, pharmacy, souvenirs, skincare etc.

It is a smoking property that allows smoking indoors so without the ac on the smell is very strong. The street it's on is not ideal but honestly after a couple days we got used to it and didn't feel unsafe in the slightest. The beds weren't that comfortable, but for the price of a room for three people, we really couldn't find much to complain about!

The room is fine. This time I was at 7th floor. The position of the hotel is among the best possible ones: in Zamalek, close to the 26 July avenue but not too close. A lot of restaurants and shops all around.

The breakfast is good, but the coffee is not good at all. I don't know if the issue is that little coffee is used, but the fact is that is just coloured water (not even black water). Luckily, all around there are a lot of places where to have a good espresso or a cappuccino.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Nancy and Michael at the reception for their outstanding service, and to Nahid from housekeeping for maintaining impeccable cleanliness. The location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk to the metro station, providing easy access to local attractions.

I had no complaints during my stay. Everything was excellent.

The attention at the reception was just incredible, michael and Nancy, the room was clean and had extra space which was something we didn’t expect. The food is great, Salwa was with us for the breakfast supervising everything and the rice with milk is the best ever! You must try it.

The elevator was a bit tiny and there was a bit of noise in the morning because there’s a school.

Good location on a relatively quiet corner of Zamalek, small distance away from the main road (26 of July Corridor) where lots of restaurants are located. Friendly and helpful staff (Magdy, Nancy and the uncle). Very spacious room with a good view of the surroundings. Hot showers and water, superb sleep.

All good. I had a great stay. Nothing negative.

The position and the dimension of the rooms are the stronger points for this hotel. I had a double room.

The breakfast can be improved. As well as the cleaning service. Often towels are not substituted and do you have to ask for them (then they arrive in 1 minute :-)). Some rooms have no view, but this cannot be changed.

Location is in heart of zamalek.

They very stricked restrictions on rooms regulations You cant visit your friend in the next room, or having guests

The location is awesome, you can get food, laundry, coffee anything you need soon as you come out on the street. Staff and management were great in fixing any issues. Overall great spot to stay at. Close to the major highways, Egyptian museum, New civilization museum. The metro(subway) station is a 2 minutes walk, it's the cheapest and most convenient way of getting to your destination.

Better job can be done with the bathroom cleaning and draining in the shower stall

Zamalek is my 'happy place' and so the location of this hotel was absolutely PERFECT for my needs. I have stayed here before and knew what to expect: I was made wleceom and the staff bent over backwards for me. I arrived very early in the morning due to my flight and yet my room was ready for me to move into, *SIX* hours before the published check-in tim The staff who are worthy of my particular praise are: Ezz and Omnia at the Front Desk, and Mohmed the security man. They epitomised my previous knowledge that the Egyptian people are truly kind, generous and welcoming.

I genuinely have no complaints at all, except for some of the decor is need of some 'tender loving care'.
