The facility and cleanness other than that management staffs checknin procedures hopeless.

Too much of hastle in checking in. Too many online transaction keys need to collect in another location in diffrent mall. The way they do as though we are going into bank safe deposit room. Those who are internet savvy and educated than they will follow the instruction but if those who is not educated or old people you are expecting them to follow all this nonsence?????? They collected the deposit money till today it is not return. I received nearly 20 messages for check in instructions. Keep on sending non stop messages making people irrate.

The host very helpful. Every bedroom have aircond. Location just nice. New building i think.

Only one access card is function. There is no mirror except in the toilet. For muslim you need to bring your own sejadah. There also no any mineral water or 3 in 1 drinks.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. We had a great stay there. The swimming pool is big. My son really enjoyed it. The location is strategic and convenient, nearby to shops and restaurants. Check in instructions all through WhatsApp, easy and simple.

The parking lot was a little bit confusing and it took time to find the exact lift. The bathroom light, was dim. Need to change. The door digital lock, it will be easy if you provide the steps. I faced difficulty to unlock it. Otherwise it was a great stay and nice apartment

The door will be automatically unlocked, the number of beds is different from the one I ordered, and the keys are not in the same place. When I wanted to ask customer service, I was hung up on the phone more than once

Good locality for us, good restaurant open 24 hrs on the corner, nice apartment, swimming pool.

It would be better if there were more than one electronic key for the apartment and more glasses / cups.

It took time to get access to the unit from the mail box (to collect key), and required to move one building to another (from car park to buillding unit)...sound inconvenience with many stuff - the rest is fine

Instructions by owner sound and clear. Owner also responsive. House spacious and comfort. Pool is great. Grocery and convenient shop nearby just walking distance.

location meet my expectation. take 30 minutes to klia2 and 30 minutes to the axiata arena. the house was clean and comfortable. keys collect not complicated and easy.

Nice room and looks clean. Beside the decoration is also beautiful and the view for the swimming pool, garden view and so on was pretty. So, a really recommended place to stay with your family.

i need to go to tamarind square to pick up and return the key card. easier if i can pick it up at the apartment itself instead other location
