After reading previous reviews I was a bit frightened about the hotel,.so I.decided to write this review: Location: very nice, close to main activities. Reception -we found easily. Entrance to our room was from another side of the building, wasnt an issue for me. Room - yes, not perfectly clean (curtains were dirty), but not a nightmare which i was expecting for sure:). Bathtube in the room is very nice Breakfast -you need to take special paper from the reception and you will have brekafast in cafe just across the road. It was nice and delicious for me.

Room looks like a bit not finished. Deeper cleaning will work as well:)

In the city Center, second location (around the corner of the reception in Rajiceva Street, less than 2 minutes walk), apart hotel, in the old building, well protected, big place have secured all parts of the floor and rooms-suites with cameras. My room 23 had everything well even a small balcony to the main street. For those that do not like to walk near are tram and bus station to different parts of the center of the City (Slavija, New Belgrade, Knez Mihailova). Despite bad comments here bathroom was perfect, with heating body inside, for short time was very warm. Breakfast in the restaurant St. Mark's Place (across the street) was fantastic. Even myself rarely stay in apartments or places like that, was really very pleasant surprised with everything and very very satisfied. Fully recommendations for staying here.

only suggestion to be fixed: sockets near bed from windows side is broken (even was sufficient number in the rest of the apartment, smart idea of 3 in 1 place); outside door on balcony needs new lock, but internal door is OK and was not cold despite the excellent heating in the room (in really very big room). I had no complaints in general,

This place tends to have many bad reviews but and I was anxious to stay here in honesty, but those nerves went straight away as soon as I was shown my room. It was perfectly clean and the facilities were good, maybe I just got lucky or this place just doesn't deserve all the bad reviews it gets. The location is very central and perfect for exploring Belgrade.

Other than my bed not being ready and made when I entered and there being no soap in the bathroom (although body wash, shampoo etc was there) it was pretty good.

Comfy and beautiful place, bathroom in the room is amazing opportunity, and breakfast was very nice in beautiful place. Reception guy was very friendly and nice. And who needs a registration here they are doing this. In the room comfy one usage sleepers (2), towels. Please use slippers, floor in the bathroom is cold. The room is pretty warm. I am happy with my staying. Place is a very good location.

Everything was fine.

I had one night stay here, and I liked absolutely everything about the place, the location and the proximity of the city center, the helpful staff, a spacious room with comfortable bed and satisfactory heating, clean bathroom with toiletries, good wi fi, and delicious breakfast. It was also inexpensive and worth the money for my business venture.

I really like it. It was an absolutely positive experience.

everything was ok, just some technical things to fix in the room

some small things to fix: the shower handle has repaired veryh bad, need a more professional job: there was really difficult to tune the temperature (be careful: I quite had a water burn...) also the border to keep water in was broken, and water flood outside. the aircon does not work that much and makes weird noises...

All was perfect, just the stuff needs a little more education,🙂

The receptionist was really kind to us, she explained every single detail and also guided us to our room which was in another building next door. The room was super comfy and there was a bath inside besides the shower in the bathroom!! So two people can shower at the same time. Beds were good and nice location, really recommend.

Nothing to complain about, it is an old building inside but easy to access by code.

the location of the hotel is very good, every where is so near to the hotel. the staff is very friendly, and caring, and helpful. the room is almost great there are somethings need to be fixed but other than that awesome!

the room could be painted. the ac could be bigger for heating. the windows needs some fixing. but still no issue everything was great!

Location of the hotel is great next to the Assembly. The building gives you a feeling that you are staying at a traditional Belgrade apartment building. The interior is modern, and comfortable.

Perhaps the coffee table is slightly too big in the living room. It was hard to get past it - but it is a nice problem to have! Overall the furniture and design was nice and modern. Ah yes, also I'd love to have access to the balcony, which had locked door from the room!
