My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional, and one of the main reasons for that was the outstanding quality of the staff, especially Manager Kristina. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and an attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. Kristina, with her contagious smile and genuinely friendly approach, played a key role in making my experience unforgettable. It’s clear she loves her work and is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. During my stay, Kristina was incredibly helpful, addressing every request promptly and efficiently. She also provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, showcasing her deep knowledge of the area and genuine interest in making my trip special. The entire reception staff is outstanding, but Kristina stands out for her ability to make every guest feel valued and unique. She is a true leader, and her commitment shines through in the excellent service provided by the whole team. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its quality facilities but also for the exceptional hospitality experience that Kristina and her team deliver. The restaurant in the ground floor, terrible service, it looks like they are doing us a favour, not nice, no smiling, long time waiting for them to come to the table outside, they prefer to be inside in the bar talking. One of the nights I’ve waited so much, that I had to leave and had dinner outside the hotel. It’s impossible to have customers there, with that kind of treatment. Simply horrible. It surprises me that they don’t even feel ashamed. There’s no one to take care of those people? If they don’t like their job, get something else

Hotel with history, nice rooftop restaurant, everything is built high-end although it's a bit old. Good breakfast, good restaurant. A bit old but good spa and pool. Staff is polite.

Our payment card didn't work for the fist time ever, only in this hotel. Bath robe was missing in the room, we ardered it from reception but they didn't brought it until we went down to check what is happening. Only one person is working at the entance, so simetimes you have to wait a bit for basic things, like getting a cab or your car.. On the pics it looks a bit better than in reality.

Excellent restaurant on the 10th floor, nice view. The pool was actually much larger than it seemed in the picture. Also, the fitness room was large.

The floor around the pool facilities was wet and dangerous; there is no rack or anybody to clean it. The hotel is a bit outdated, with old elevators. The receptionists were polite, but not very polite. I went to try the ground-floor bar outside, and nobody served me.

Super friendly and helpful staff, I got an upgrade to a large suite and could check in early. The location of the hotel is excellent, the lobby and bar area are spacious and nicely furnished. Super comfortable bed.

The furnishing of the rooms (at least partially) still reflect the 90ies. The corridors to the rooms are long and need to be refurbished.

The best hotel for our family stay in Belgrade. We always return back to this Hotel and we already stayed 13 times in Metropol Palace. Perfect position, building is amazing with Spa and all 5* Hotel amenities. Super delicious breakfast with serving Prosecco as part of the brunch - for the people who start the day in the “Champion” way. Stuff is super kind and supportive and all are part of great Hotel team who make even more pleasurable stay in Metropol Palace…starting from the bell boy and stuff on the door of the Hotel, reception, waiters, bar stuff, cleaning ladies, management etc…

We just Love Metropol Palace.

Staff members are amazing, particularly at the reception and restaurants. The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable and has beautiful views of the city. I also got a free upgrade which was great. The food is very good and the wifi works very well.

The spa is also open for members (not just hotel guests) so there is always someone using the pool, sauna etc. However, I was always able to swim or use any of the facilities so it did not affect my impression of the hotel. Location was good for my purposes but it is not in the direct centre if that is important to you (approximately 20 min walking from the main city centre and most attractions, which was ok for me).

Where do I start?? The suite, service and facilities at Metropol Palace were just amazing and exceeded expectations! Very good value too. The room was very large and clean and, despite this being an older hotel, it was in very good condition and extremely clean. The view of the park from the window was fantastic as was the rooftop restaurant. I thought the skyline views and the menu were very good at the restaurant. Furthermore, I love how they have the gallery of famous people / ex-Yu politicians who have stayed at the hotel in the spa, always fun going to hotels to learn a bit about the history of it. In terms of location, it was a short walk from the Tesla museum and not too far away to visit the fortress and bakeries/cafes as well as the main shopping street. Most other attractions were a short taxi or rideshare ride away. There was an ATM in the hotel and a kiosk that sold Smoki and other local snacks and drinks outside too. The hotel itself had plenty of nice facilities. I loved the pool & jacuzzi and if I had stayed longer I definitely would have taken advantage of the spa services & gym too. I also found guest services extremely helpful in giving travel directions to Novi Sad for Exit Festival. Staff were attentive and helpful on top of excellent facilities. 11/10. Would definitely consider booking again next Belgrade trip and would recommend to others.

Maybe add more vegetarian menu items. Other than that, 0 complaints.

Very good fitness area. Plesent swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast was ok-ish, definitely not 5star hotel however. The hotel needs to review the quality of egg dishes. Poor coffee quality. Nice touch for regional food. Nice touch with welcoming sweets and daily bottled water (especially when it was 37C outside). Good air condition . Beautiful lobby.

Our room was quite dark and not cleaned properly. We were not checked in time with personal not being able to tell when the room is to be ready. Once ready, was an excuse gift of Prosecco bottle in the room. Appreciated.

very pleasant stuff, great amenities, SPA and Gym was great and my room was a 10/10!
