Centrally located hotel, spacious and clean room, very good breakfast. Reception staff pleasant and willing to assist.

Sofa for the third person is not long enough, so it better fits the child than an adult. It is ok for a short stay, but this should be stressed out when booking for three persons. Cooling system in the room should be much stronger, especially because the hotel faces the city busiest boulevard and the windows cannot be opened both for the enormous noise and for pollution from such intense traffic. It would be nice to replenish the coffee supply each day and not put it only for the first day. It is not significant expense for the hotel while it is a nice gesture. Also, if the room is used and planned for three persons, it should contain three water glasses, three wine glasses and three cups, not two of each. Little things that make difference.

The hotel is close to the centre of Beograd, 10-15’ walk. The stuff was friendly and provided with information about the best places to go and the best areas to eat local food. They assisted with parking the car in to the hotel garage. Good variety of breakfast with local delicacies. The room was facing the main road, however it was not noisy.

The hotel is on a main road and it was difficult to just park outside to remove the baggages and check-in. We did few rounds cause at the first was difficult to see where we could park the car and the other times was because there was not available spot. The AC in the room is loud but necessary when it is 39 degrees and humid outside.

The location of the hotel is really close to various lines, for those who use public transportation and within walking distance from the center. The staff was very attentive, smiling and willing to help immediately in any way. The breakfast was varied and good with changes every day.

The coffee wasn't from a machine it was in jar as well as the milk, and they were cold, We couldn't enjoy a cappuccino in the morning as we are used to in breakfast There was no cooling in the room, only a heating option. The room was warm when we closed the double windows to prevent outside noise. We had to open them despite the noise

The rooms we had were very nice - in particular the second room we stayed in was stunning. It was very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great.

On the one hand the location was great for walking access, however challenging for parking. There is a small garage and few spots in front of the hotel available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We had a spot the entire time, but it was difficult to know where to go and how to leave the car. The staff were helpful in valeting when necessary.

Absolutely amazing, very hospitable staff at the reception made my stay a real pleasure. They were also super supportive and helpful when I had a problem with my bank card. Great spa. Convenient location: close to everything. Central railway station is just a few bus stops away.

Cleaning unfortunately was below standards. For instance, they never restocked coffee pods or tea bags until I contacted the reception about it. And there was a hole in the bed sheet! Also cleaning services were located on the 4th floor right near my room. So every morning I was woken up by the noise of constant loud slamming the doors…

Everything. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Food was delicious and staff was absoultely amazing. We had to change room the next morning because of our personal reasons and the staff went over and beyond to give us another room which suited us better. The lady on the reception (whos name I unfortunately forgot) did everything to make our stay comfortable. She offered another room, made sure we check it out before switching and offered to do everything on our behalf if we needed to go out. For the entire stay we felt comortable and pleasant because everyone was extremely kind and nice. We will definitely return and can’t wait to enjoy this beautiful hotel once again. Next time we will definitely use the spa area because we didn’t have time.

I first stayed at this hotel on a motorcycle tour 2 years ago and booked it again when I drove through Serbia in June, 2024 because I liked it so much. The staff are excellent. I arrived late with my cousin who had stitches and needed to re-bandage her wound. The staff had medical supplies on hand and were ready to help. We arrived at 11:00pm when most bars were closing. The receptionist told us where we could buy wine and let us drink on the restaurant terrace. Breakfast is simple, but very nice and the breakfast area and terrace are a great way to start the day. Parking was actually beneath the hotel. Many hotels in Belgrade state they have parking, but send you to a nearby garage. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is quite central - a few minutes walk to the main pedestrian street.

The first time I stayed here, my room was on the top floor. The elevator goes to the second to last floor and you must walk to the last floor on the stairs. If this is an issue, let the hotel know in advance.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was large. The location was decent - next to a large, beautiful park, which was great for our dog. It was about a 20 minute walk from the city center and most of the famous tourist attractions.

Though large, the bed was quite uncomfortable - the mattress was obviously old, as a portion of it was sagging on one side. The air conditioning in the hotel was not adequate. It was extremely hot in Belgrade during our visit (over 40 degrees Celsius) and despite having the small wall-mounted air conditioning unit on high, the room never cooled down, even at night. The room was clearly too large for the one pitiful air conditioning unit - despite paying for a large corner room, we would have been better served by a smaller room with a working air conditioner.

Everything!!!! The hotel is absolutely perfect!!! In a great location, just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The hotel inside is so sweet and lovely! The room was incredible. The breakfast had a lot of variety!!! The staff was perfect!!! They offer a free parking place!!!! And a phone so you can use hot spot when you are outside the hotel , in order to have Internet!!!

Absolutely nothing!!! Maybe only the photos we see in booking doesn't show the real beauty of the hotel!!! It was much much better than my expectation 😊
